Welcome to a cozy and quiet holiday home near forest and water in Östergötland. The plot is 1,000 square meters and has large open areas to socialize and enjoy incredibly beautiful nature with the forest close by. Start the day with a morning dip in the pool or a swim in Lake Drögen, which is 1 km away, known for its clear water and sandy beach. If you don't want to take the car, bicycles are also available. The large cabin consists of four rooms and a kitchen with an open dining area in the center, next to it is the living room where there is a sofa bed for two and a fireplace that you can burn in and a wood stove in the kitchen. There is one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with single beds. Bathroom with wc and a shower cubicle that is brand new. Wifi is available. In the middle of the yard is the pool house with your guest room on the upper floor with its own entrance to the loft, here there is a double bed and seating furniture. For those of you who want to get active on the lake, you can book and rent a rowing boat and two optimist dinghies from the house owner, it is booked by both households on the farm, if it is booked you will surely agree to use the boat together on different occasions. There is something to do for everyone when you plan your excursion destinations both in the nearby area or if you go into the city of Linköping 40 km away. There you can visit the air force museum, Old Linköping in the city quarter Valla, good shopping in the city and good food. For the cultural, one likes to visit the cathedral and the castle at Borggården. 10 km northwest of Linköping is the lock area known as Bergs slussar, the Göta canal's largest lock staircase. You come here to see boats closing the locks, eat good ice cream, rent a bike or take a cooling bath. In Ulrika, 3 kilometers from the cottage, there is a country store, café, museum and pottery. 12 kilometers away is Trollegater Nature Reserve, a well-visited place suitable for everyone in the family. Trollegater is one of Sweden's largest ancient rock caves. It is 68 kilometers to Astrid Lindgren's world in Vimmerby and 110 kilometers to Kolmården's zoo in Norrköping. The house has an old charm with both modern and old details, like in the kitchen with an old iron stove that you can make a fire in. The living room downstairs has a wood burning stove, perfect for chilly days, and a sofa bed with room for 2 people. Upstairs there is another living room with a sofa bed and a TV. The bedroom with a double bed is also upstairs, next to this living room. There is a stunningly beautiful extension downstairs with windows all the way around. With doors out to the garden to get out or leave open on a warm summer evening and feel the balmy evening breeze during dinner. Listen to the silence that can only be felt in the countryside. Near the house there are many lakes to go to and swim. A bathing place is only about 5 km away and has a nice bathing area that is child friendly. If you want to go to the larger city of Linköping, it is about 25 km, to Kolmården it is about 72 km and to Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren's world it is about 100 km.

Welcome to this picturesque little cottage in Arkösund, close to the archipelago which is known as one of the pearls of the Baltic Sea. The cottage is located on a shared plot of land with the owner, but is still quite secluded and built 2013 with a very tasteful design. The cottage has an open plan design with a living room, kitchen and entrance hall. The living room holds a coyy sofa for pleasant evenings together while watching TV or just relaxing. In addition there is a dining area and kitchen. The superb kitchen includes all amenities such as a cooking hob, fan, oven, dishwasher and microwave, everything you could need to cook delicious meals. Also, from the kitchen there is a direct exit to one of the large balconies with a beautiful view of the ocean. The cottage features two bedrooms, one with two beds and one with a bunk bed. Both rooms have direct access to the cottage's other large balcony. The outdoor areas have garden furniture and there is a barbecue grill. Finally the cottage features a fully tiled shower room with a WC, washing machine, tumble dryer and drying cabinet. Both of the balconies are guaranteed sunlight and are lovely for nights outside. It is only 5-10 minutes to the centre of Arkösund with grocery stores, an outdoor swimming pool, exhibitions, Saturday night entertainment such as music venues and pubs, and much more. You can also rent a canoe for a trip out in the archipelago if you would like to visit some of the islands. The area also offers a lot to do for day trips such as Söderköping (located about 50 km away) the picturesque town on the eastern end of Göta Canal. If you are interested, Stockholm is just about 200 kilometres away and is an attractive destination that is perfect for a nice day trip.

This holiday home is very unique and is located within an amazing scenic area with private lake, where you can fish or bathe. The surrounding area is private and with a lovely untouched forest. Here you will live very comfortably and pleasant, with the large plot with buildings who got a wonderful view over the lake. Only 20m from the holiday home is a private beach, where you can start some lovely trips on the lake with the rowing boat or canoe which is included. The fishing opportunities are good, but a fishing license is required. The main building has a cozy kitchen with dining area, bathtub with shower, bedroom and a large living room which is located near the conservatory with fireplace (partly isolated), dining table and several sofas. From the conservatory you can admire the fine view over the lake. The guest house has three bedrooms and where one has a bunk bed for one person along with bathtub and shower. The world of Astrid Lindgren is a famous attraction for both children and adults and is approximately 100km away. If you would like to visit Stockholm, you can get there with a 2 ½ hour car ride. Many different activities are available like golf, mini golf, tennis among other things. The fish purge place is a severed tree next to the lake. Smoking is not allowed!

This lovely house is located in the countryside as a grand piano building to the owner's house. The house was built in 2010 and very fresh with open plan with kitchenette, living room / bedroom and a large bathroom. Outside a cozy little patio with tables and chairs to sit by and breathe in fresh country air and maybe hear the horses' gnats grazing a bit away, or watch the bird life which is rich here. On the way down to the lake which is only 175m from the house, you walk past the owner's farms with flowers and vegetables that you can get to know if you talk to the owner. Down by the lake there is a jetty, where you can take lovely morning and evening dips, there is also an oak that you can use and calm out a quiet evening and maybe lucky with the fishing happiness, fishing licenses are available to buy at the station in Rimforsa. At the lake there is also a sauna that you can use - cozy if it is a little cold in the water and able to go in and warm up. Around the house there is very beautiful nature with rolling landscapes, forests and lakes that you enjoy all seasons, summer with swimming and fishing and berry picking, autumn with mushroom picking and all the beautiful colors of nature and winter with ice skating on the lake whether it is ice or Close to the 12-man slalom hill in Kisa, about 1.5 km away. Around there are many hiking trails that you can go both shorter and longer distances with maybe overnight in any of the windbreaks that are available.
