A twin bedroom on the ground floor is adapted for wheelchair access and those with limited mobility, making the property inclusive for all guests. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms (two with en-suite shower rooms) and three twin rooms, served by an additional bathroom and shower room.
A large games room is one of the property’s most popular features, offering a pool table, foosball table, table tennis, a variety of board games, and a TV — ideal for entertaining guests of all ages.
Outside, a spacious terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue area offers stunning countryside views — a perfect setting for al fresco dining or relaxing in the fresh air. Guests can also opt to enjoy a private hot tub during their stay. This is available as an additional extra, with payment made directly to the property owners prior to arrival (£200 for short stays, £250 for a week).
All bed linen and towels are provided, and a cot and highchair are available upon request.

Refurbished in 2009, the kitchen retains its original scullery, which is still accessible and provides facilities for chopping your own logs, should you wish to do so (subject to conditions and availability). A basket of logs will be provided if you prefer not to handle it yourself. The kitchen is well-equipped with a gas range cooker, hob, and dishwasher, and the washing machine is located in the cloakroom.
To the front of the property, there are two bedrooms, each with en-suite shower rooms that have underfloor heating and heated towel rails. At the rear, accessed via the kitchen stairs, are two more bedrooms, a family bathroom, and a fifth 'walk-through' bedroom, which can be accessed from either the front or rear stairs. All the bedrooms are fitted with 6ft zip and link beds, offering flexibility as they can be configured as twin or double rooms.
An original 'secret' staircase leads to the second floor, where guests can enjoy the attic games room, perfect for children or adults looking for some entertainment.
The property also boasts a beautiful private garden with garden furniture and a barbecue area for outdoor relaxation.
