On the ground floor of the 2-storey holiday home there is a living room, kitchen, dining room, utility room, Andalusian veranda and bathroom and on the 1st floor there is the personal area with a 2nd bathroom and 3 bedrooms - one of which has a sea view. A highlight is the former covered balcony, which has been converted into a cozy living and reading room with two windows facing the Atlantic.
The house has a small, Mediterranean garden, where an Andalusian veranda and a brick barbecue invite you to take a break from the bustling beach life. In the garden there is also an enclosed hot water shower, where you can shower off the sand and salt from a day at the beach without having to go through the house.
The private garage on the property is another guarantee for a relaxed holiday, as it eliminates the usually unsuccessful search for a parking space in the summer months.
