The house has two bathrooms equipped with a toilet, washbasin, shower, and underfloor heating, while a climate-friendly heat pump ensures comfort throughout. The enclosed terrace is furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, making it ideal for enjoying sunny summer days. Children can play safely on the swings or in the sandbox while adults unwind.
