The house is energy efficient with a heat pump (air/air), which results in lower energy consumption, and there is the possibility of charging an electric car. The holiday home is bright and inviting with practical furnishings, where the kitchen, family room and living room are combined into an open and functional living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, separate oven with grill, extractor hood, coffee machine, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The living room has modern furniture, free high-speed internet and Smart TV with apps for streaming your own TV services. The bathroom is bright and stylish with a shower and toilet. The house has two bedrooms with high-quality double beds and an annex with two single beds. Several open terraces with comfortable garden furniture, lounge furniture and sun loungers allow you to enjoy dinner on a gas grill while the sun sets over the fjord. The wilderness bath for 6 people is an ideal place to relax, and the campfire site creates cozy moments frying sausages, marshmallows or baking bread on a stick. There is also a covered cozy corner with comfortable furniture, so relaxation can be enjoyed regardless of the weather. The cottage is suitable for holiday stays all year round and must be experienced to be fully appreciated. It is not available for youth groups or groups of craftsmen - for holiday stays only.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
