A stone's throw or two from the center of Marielyst, shopping and shopping opportunities, restaurants, experiences and one of Denmark's best and most child-friendly beaches is this large holiday home with swimming pool, sauna and spa. The cottage is furnished with two double bedrooms, one room with two single beds, and the last room has a bunk bed for two people. There are two bathrooms with toilet, shower and sink, one of which also has a washing machine and dryer. The house kitchen which contains coffee maker, electric stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher was renovated in 2024, from the open kitchen you go directly into the dining area and living room with wood stove and heat pump and TV with satellite (digital), DVD player and music system with CD player and internet. You can relax in the hot tub and sauna after playing and splashing in the pool. On the large grounds there is a fire pit, petanque court, trampoline, play tower with slide and playhouse, basketball hoop (bring your own ball) and table tennis table, in the garden there is a large wooden terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, outdoor fireplace and charcoal barbecue. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
