Here you will find quiet surroundings and only approx. 200 meters to the Limfjord. From both the house and the terrace you can enjoy the view of a small lake that belongs to the plot. The house is modern, comfortably furnished and energy-friendly with air/air heat pumps and a cozy wood-burning stove. The combined living room and kitchen offers a modern kitchen with ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The living room is furnished with comfortable furniture and has a large Smart TV with Scandinavian channels, many German channels via cable TV and TV2. In addition, there is a stereo system with CD player and DAB radio. You can log in to your own Netflix account and stream directly on the Smart TV. There is free wireless internet (fiber 200/200) with unlimited use. The cottage has two bedrooms and an extra bed in the living room via a sofa bed (70x210 cm). From the living room there is access to the terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the view of the lake. The bathroom has underfloor heating, and the wood-burning stove provides extra coziness on cool summer evenings or autumn days with rain and debris. The house is not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
