The well-equipped kitchen opens onto the living room, where a cozy wood-burning stove adds warmth and atmosphere. Large windows throughout the house ensure plenty of natural light and offer views of the surrounding landscape, creating a bright and inviting interior. There are three small but comfortable bedrooms, each with a 140 cm wide double bed, while the third bedroom has two beds measuring 80 and 90 cm. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine, and dryer, providing practical amenities for a comfortable stay. Outside, a large covered terrace on the south side allows you to enjoy the outdoors in almost any weather. An elevated outdoor area provides stunning views of the surrounding green spaces, river meadows, and plantations, where you can observe local wildlife up close. Please note that the terrace is not fenced. Entertainment is available via Chromecast for streaming from your own providers, as there is no TV channel package. With its combination of charm, comfort, and scenic surroundings, this property offers an ideal setting for a peaceful and memorable getaway.
