This very cozy and well-maintained vacation home, built in 2021, is located in Lendrup Stand, very close to the mussel town of Løgstør and on the Limfjord in picturesque surroundings.

The well-appointed holiday home has a kitchen-living room with access to the terrace, two double bedrooms with high-quality beds, a bathroom with washing machine and rain shower, and a loft with two sleeping places. The living area is open to the rafters, which gives the room a fantastic volume. The kitchen is very well equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, and fridge/freezer. The living room has a heat pump and a biofireplace, and there is underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathroom. There is a flat-screen TV with the option of streaming via Chromecast for your own TV providers.

The cozy garden has garden furniture, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower with cold and hot water, as well as a robotic lawn mower. The garden is fenced in, so you can enjoy privacy and sit comfortably even on windy days.

Opposite the house, a path leads directly down to the nearby fjord shore (150 m). The beach there is very child-friendly and beautiful sunsets are guaranteed.

There is a charging plug for electric cars with a maximum of 10 amps.
