The living room next door is one step lower and has access to the terrace and both bedrooms; one larger bedroom with a double bed and the second with two single beds. The larger bedroom has access to the bathroom and a convenient utility room with a washing machine. Climate-friendly heat pumps ensure economical heating consumption. Outside, you will find a well-maintained, planted property with several terraces and cozy seating areas. In front of the living room, there is a wooden terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue. The sea is less than a 10-minute walk away, and in summer there is a bathing jetty on the coast. A short drive takes you to Stillinge Beach with shopping, restaurants, ice cream parlors, and a child-friendly sandy beach.
