Large and lovely terrace that goes around the whole house where you can choose whether you want to sit in the shade or in the sun. There is both outdoor furniture, sun loungers and a jacuzzi. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with 120 cm wide bed for 1-2 people, recreation room / bedroom with sofa bed 140 cm and TV, laundry room and bathroom. Upstairs is the beautiful kitchen with dining area and exit to the terrace. Large living room with TV and adjacent dining room with access to the terrace on the other side of the house. There are also two bedrooms where one bed is 120 cm wide for 1-2 people and the other is 160 cm wide. Beautiful fully tiled bathroom with relaxing whirlpool tub for 1 person. Within walking distance you go to Fiskebäck's nice swimming area with beach, jetty and cliffs. There is also a cozy guest harbor. To Gothenburg's entertainment you can easily get by bus or a few minutes by car. Do not miss to visit Liseberg and Universeum, take a ride with the Toad or stroll on the parade street Avenyn.
