Everything clean and organized, very good apartment, The only observation is that we received the host's key in the entrance hall of the building and the apartment is difficult to locate when the entrance is at the front of the building, We had difficulty finding it and a resident helped us locate it, Otherwise, everything was great!

We had an amazing stay at this property, The location is great, and it is in one of our favourite neighbourhoods in Paris, It is a very safe area and just a short walk to the Eiffel Tower, The check-in process was helpful, and communication with the host was excellent, The space was perfect for our family of 5, and we never felt cramped, The Metro station is just around the corner, and the shower water pressure was good, The air conditioning in the bedroom was also good, However, the property was very dusty, and the stairs and tables had a lot of dust, The shower in the non-master bedroom downstairs had mold around the edges, and there were cobwebs on the ceiling area in the non-master room downstairs, We paid USD 111 for early check-in, Although it was stated that this fee was charged by the cleaning company due to a schedule change, it seemed like the cleaning was rushed and missed in many areas, Overall, we recommend this place, but the cleanliness could be improved, We give it a rating of 4/5,
