We went there at the beginning of March this year to celebrate my birthday, unfortunately on my birthday the message came that the corona virus had broken out, luckily we were able to enjoy it well and everything was still accessible! Spaciously designed park, we were in a 5-pers. renovated apartment Type Comfort on the 2nd floor with lots of space, we also had a walk-in shower and dishwasher, this apartment is definitely recommended! This park is centrally located and you are in different places in no time. The pool was closed due to maintenance work, so I cannot judge that, but we enjoyed it very much!

On Friday, unfortunately, we were confronted with the fact that we could not enter our house because the code lock did not work. This reported to have been given a key with the promise that the lock would be repaired, unfortunately not repaired. Then we were confronted with the next disappointment, our accommodation had not been cleaned. The floor was very dirty, kitchen inventory was incomplete and dirty and the trash cans were still full of waste from the previous tenants. Reported this again to the reception, they then sent a cleaning lady who would mop the house. We then had to remove and vacuum everything ourselves before our holiday could start. All in all not a good start to the holiday. The reception contacted us the next day whether all complaints had been handled properly, we made it known that we had cleaned the apartment ourselves because the cleaning lady had been instructed only to mop. According to the manager, this was not the intention and she then offered us a voucher for a midweek cycling, this has been neatly resolved by the reception. Unfortunately, the dishwasher later turned out not to work properly, again reported. A technician has been here for this, who has completely cleaned the dishwasher, unfortunately without desired results, so that we can wash everything during our stay. The park is also very nice and clean, perfect for a week with a young family. A nice swimming pool and a nice indoor arcade. All in all, for the amount we paid for it, a small disappointment.
