Located about 750 meters from Naregno beach and about 1.5 km from the center of Capoliveri, the property, with ample outdoor space, is fully fenced and features numerous green areas where you can enjoy Mediterranean flora. Sera e Mattino is a small residential complex with a total of five two- and three-room apartments. Sera e Mattino is located in Naregno, a town east of Capoliveri on the Bay of Porto Azzurro.
The three-room apartment is located on the upper floor and features two double bedrooms, a kitchen-living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom, and a large, furnished terrace. From here, you can enjoy sweeping views across the island of Elba and its Mediterranean vegetation. In the evening, you can end the day comfortably with a glass of wine and, with a little luck, under a starry sky. The interiors are pleasantly furnished and modern.

Sera e Mattino is located east of Capoliveri, approximately 750 meters from the popular beach of Naregno. The approximately 500-meter-long beach is sheltered in the bay of Porto Azzurro; its composition is sand and fine pebbles. The gently sloping beach is ideal for families with children. Services such as sun lounger and umbrella rentals are plentiful. Active vacationers appreciate the diving center and sailing school located here.
Porto Azzurro, with its marina, is located opposite the bay and is particularly worth a visit in the evening: here you can leisurely stroll along the harbor or enjoy the atmosphere with a glass of wine in the piazza.
Capoliveri, the picturesque mountain village, is only about 2 kilometers away. In the evening, the narrow streets fill up; local specialties can be enjoyed in the numerous restaurants. Small handcrafted shops offer a wide variety of goods. Capoliveri also has a well-stocked supermarket. Bed linen and towels are provided upon request, and pets are allowed only upon request.
