Lovely little apartment with an amazing view over the lake. The balcony is just the perfect place to sit. 20 mins walk to Gravedona / Domaso. Domaso has more restaurants. The drive of the property is very steep so be warned.

Super friendly! Nice apartment with beautiful views. Everything explained clearly during the tour and a nice short route to the village below. Everything was clean and tidy. Please note that the driveway is very steep but there you will also find useful tips from the owner. The surroundings are beautiful, the village downstairs is not very big but has a lovely ice cream parlor and near the church is a great restaurant where you should definitely eat .There is a lot to do in the vicinity of the Lake, so the Sorsasso restaurant is a must, make sure you reserve your stay !!

The house is well equipped, even with a lift from the parking lot to the holiday apartment. The landlords are very nice. The view and the pool are unique. At the pool there are loungers and seating for each guest. The pool apparently has solar heating. The water was between 26-28 degrees every day, although most of the time it was not 30 degrees air temperature.

It was a fantastic holiday. There is something for everyone on Lake Como, many beautiful walks for adventurers, many beautiful towns, sailing boats or kayaking is no exception. The apartment of host Gustavo was therefore the ideal base. Gustavo welcomes you with great pleasure (and small gifts such as water and fruit) and does his utmost to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Even the lake is not equally accessible for swimming everywhere, so the swimming pool at the residence is a very great added value. The apartment itself was small but very cozy and contained everything you need as a couple on holiday. Finally, having breakfast every morning on the terrace with a fantastic view over the lake is THE perfect start to your day!â€

Nice holiday home with beautiful views over Comomeer.Friendly welcome by the homeowner who occasionally provided us with tomatoes, basil and zucchini from our own garden.Woning is quietly located. About 1 km walk to the shops and restaurants. Swimming pool is well maintained. In short, a great location for a holiday on Lake Como.

Warm welcome from the amiable homeowner, Mr. Oberti. Clean, nice and simple apartment with wonderful views such as on the Belvilla site. The view is different every time and very fascinating. The swifts fly over your balcony at a gripping distance. Dishwasher in the kitchen / living room. Washing machine in spacious bathroom with small shower, toilet and bidet. Bedroom with (spiral) bed and enough cupboard space. We could store your empty suitcases behind the couch in the living room. Laundry rack at the front door. As a welcome we got home-grown courgettes and deliciously scented basil and a pack of orange juice. Fridge with freezer compartment and gas stove with well-functioning oven. Small filter coffee machine.The access road is very steep but also gets used quickly. Charming town of Gravedona can also be reached on foot (mountain shoes or sturdy footwear) along a winding path with permanent boulders. Swimming pool is fantastic with again the beautiful view over Lake Como, sun beds, sitting area, umbrellas and shower. There are plenty of restaurants and 3 supermarkets in Gravedona.

After a long drive and finally found the house, we were welcomed very friendly. The man of the house speaks good German and poor English. (Our German is very bad but we came a long way) Very nice apartment with everything you need on holiday. Great that you have a swimming pool. We would go there again soon. It is a beautiful area, in a nearby village you can walk 3 km to crotto dangri, very good to do with children. That is really worth it, so incredibly beautiful nature there. Small tip, if you have driven through the tunnel, it is less than 100 meters on the left-hand side. You only see a fence with the number 60, here you drive down (very steep) and park your car there. With the elevator (with code) you go to the apartments, so strangers can't get on it.

Lovely apartment with great views over the lake. Kitchen was completely updated with all amenities. Beds very hard but that is personal. Swimming pool fantastic. Have you almost private. Quiet owner who lets you live privately under it. The steep short road to the parking area is a challenge, but everyone succeeds. It's nice that the small complex is secured. Tip for owner. Air conditioning would be nice for very hot weeks. There was a fan in the bedroom.Leuke trips made in beautiful omgeving.Strandje on the point is great. Lovely swim in Lake Como.

The owner has received us very hospitable and friendly. He showed us around and explained. The accommodation was fine, a bit small for 3 people, but we knew that beforehand. Doesn't matter if you mainly live outside. The surroundings are beautiful and the view from the apartment and the pool fantastic! This could not be better. Swimming pool was very pleasant anyway!

Very steep, short slope with sharp bend to parking place. Less suitable for automatic car. Down with elevator or stairs. Breathtaking view. Very warm welcome by Stefano (owner). Cozy cozy apartment with spacious balcony. Super pool. Kitchen dated, but still functions fine. Pans need to be replaced. Lots of light. Nice bedroom and bathroom. Washing machine. Ideal starting point for beautiful walks. Boat departure points 2 km away. Cycling is not possible; very steep and nowhere cycle paths. Busy road along the lake gives some noise. Humming from electricity distribution center nearby is a bit of a nuisance. Large supermarket 1.5 km away. Despite the downsides, we had a very nice holiday.

Arrival fine reception by older owner in Italian - German and English. Good explanation and explanation of business and house "rules". A little shocked by the invisible drive in the vanguard recession, drop rate not low. Picture on site is actually a picture. Accommodation is easy, but everything is available and plenty of closet space. Clean and tidy. Satellite TV and internet great reception. Environment Comomeer is a beautiful lake in beautiful mountain scenery, both during the day and especially at dark. The mountains determine the weather (though unfortunately it was less) and the construction / construction of roads and houses. Consequently collision with other car on exit of apartment. Really watched blown and traffic light or lighting advised to owner, who also hurt himself on his own car. By boat to other places is definitely recommended.

A lovely getaway in Gravedona! The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a nice kitchen and a clean bathroom, We enjoyed our mornings on the balcony with a cup of coffee, The shared pool was a nice bonus, especially on warm afternoons, Would definitely recommend!
