From Flachau you will be transported directly to the Salzburger Sportwelt, where there are 250 kilometers of slopes and 97 lifts available. The extensive ski areas Kleinarl / Flachauwinkl / Zauchensee and Flachau / Wagrain / St. Johann are the absolute top destinations of the network.

Hiking, cross-country skiing and tobogganing are of course also among the options. By driving 4 minutes from the village to the top you reach the holiday home. Therefore the view is beautiful !! We were allowed to use the whole house. The advantage is that we therefore had access to a dishwasher and second bathroom with toilet. Environment is beautiful with many walking and nature activities within half an hour and three quarters of an hour. Small disadvantage is that you always have to drive 10-15 minutes from the cottage to Bisschofshofen or the other way to the motorway. Recommended is the Salzburgerland card! Hüttau itself is a small town, for shopping it is more convenient to go to a bigger place. The restaurant to the left of the bank is very good and cheap.

We had a beautiful house, not one floor, but very much the house! Very spacious, neat with a nice terrace. Nice view. Centrally located for various trips. The homeowners left you completely alone. At the nearby hotel Post (in Sint-Martin) you could enjoy very good food. And very friendly staff at the Spar in Hüttau. Nice holiday if you like peace!

Very good and clean accommodation! Beautiful house that we used to use while in principle we only rented the upper floor. Very friendly owners who do everything to make you feel like it! Surroundings and views are fantastic with views of the Dachsteingruppe right and the Tennengebirge left. Whole nice central spot to get out of there in all directions.

Upon arrival, the owner was already directly at the car to welcome us. Tour of the house and transfer of the key. We only rented the upper floor, but were allowed to use the entire house. Spacious kitchen with dishwasher and plenty of crockery and kitchenware. Large fridge with freezer and microwave. We were also allowed to borrow a barbecue for free. Everything was very neat and clean. Halfway through the holiday we also received a new clean towel package. One has to collect separate waste. Appointment that we put a full bucket outside our stairs. No matter what day or time that happened ... Within half an hour they had emptied the bucket polite at our front door. The owners of the holiday home live in the neighboring house. Small farm with 2 bulls, a pig, chickens, geese, dog and some cats. Left us completely alone but were always ready to help. Environment of the cottage is very quiet on a mountain above Huttau. This village is fairly quiet. Equipped with a Spar, museum and 2 restaurants with terrace. You could eat well for an attractive price. The copper mine near Huttau is worth a visit (with a tour). In Bisschofshoven there were large supermarkets with long opening times and more facilities. There was plenty of entertainment in the area. Although few gondolas and lifts are active in the summer. Plenty of entertainment in Flachau for families with children. The old center of Salzburg is also easily accessible and worth a visit. At Werfenweng there was a gondola with possibilities for all kinds of activities.

We were warmly received by the owner. The cottage was clean and the area was beautiful. We were 6 people and have an extra bedroom. Really recommended. You have a house for yourself alone. The landlords leave you in peace but if there is something they are very helpful.

We were allowed by the hostess to use the whole house instead of just the upper floor.This also allowed us to have a dishwasher and suddenly my daughter with her husband and baby could just use the whole upper floor and we downstairs.All our own bathroom was nice. Only the upper floor had been tight Kitchen read living space is very small there. The bathrooms were beautifully refurbished in contrast to the pictures on this site. Very nice people nothing is too much. If you want, you can even use their washing machine. (We have not done but just washed the hand, clotheslines and Rack present) Own washing machine in the house would be very nice.If the house has animals like chickens, running dogs, dogs and 2 cats of the hostess and there were 2 bulls in the meadow.
