We arrived in the snow and on the day we left there was also a layer of snow of 5 cm. But in all the days in between we had beautiful weather. The apartment was simple, but everything we needed was well present. In clear weather (and we actually had that all the time) we had a wonderful and fascinating view of the Swiss Alps from the dining table. The hostess and host were very friendly.

The atmosphere in and around the house is amazing. The small village where this cottage is located is very naturally surrounded by mountains and hills. The surroundings are very photogenic. In clear sky, the Alps are visible from the terrace. Here you will definitely be at rest!

Very nice hosts, always helpful and warm. Absolutely quiet location of the house at the end of a cul-de-sac. Fantastic view from the terrace over the valley and with a clear view of the Alps. You are in nature very quickly, just run up the meadow behind the house and various hiking routes begin.

Friendly owners. Quiet, rural location with beautiful views. You can go for a walk as soon as you step out the door. The house is clean, fully equipped and offers plenty of privacy. It is a bit further away from the amenities, but you get peace and quiet in return. There is a simple restaurant within walking distance.

Owners are very friendly and happy to give tips. The bed is very soft, so it is more difficult to sleep. Friendly and very welcoming received by couple Schlageter, House fine in order, provided with all the conveniences. Even a bowl of fresh fruit. Situated in beautiful surroundings with mountain views, this is a secluded place, so keep calm and let's get there. Great supermarket in Schopfheim, about 25min. Take a leisurely sandwich, because you do not have to drive to the bakery in Wies every morning. Many beautiful hiking trails in the area, further the Todtnau waterfalls (about 40 min drive) are worth the effort. The gondola on the mountain of Belchen also very nice. What is very beautiful, but further away (1 hour and 15 min drive) is the Wutachschlucht nature park where you can take a walk along a river. However, we have been around for a week and enjoyed the surroundings and are Came to rest.
