Very remote location - you have to overcome a gravel path with quite a few potholes to get there. That was known by the way. However, that there is absolutely NO mobile coverage was totally unpleasant. WiFi is free but what good is it if it doesn't work half the time and if you are connected, you have almost no bandwidth and it always falls away. I think that you cannot indicate that there is free WiFi. The WiFi signal is not present at all in the cottages. To be able to communicate, you first have to go back to the inhabited world. In addition, the heating costs of 10 euros per day are also abnormally high. Well functioning heating but they have earned back within a year.

Hi, this afternoon I arrived at the Relais Valguerriera and I had the unpleasant surprise of finding the accommodation not complying with my requests. I had requested accommodation for 4 adults and a child and I found myself having 3 beds and a sofa bed I asked the manager of the structure to have a bigger accommodation, but it was not possible due to lack of availability. I therefore kindly ask you to intervene quickly in order to solve the problem. Sincerely. Marcello Fabrizi

This apartment is very nicely situated in the green with a beautiful view. There is a spacious private area. It's a nice base to see all kinds of towns. Dusseldorf's the route you can do it best through Piobbico, follow the SP21 and after hitting Piano Left. This way you have the shortest route on the dirt road.

A few days before our departure, we get the message that the cottage "orzo" because of overbooking is full. We get it - despite our reservations 6 months in advance for "orzo" - another alternative (La Caprareccia) offered by Belvilla. Initially the offer seems fine. Indeed, we find plenty of peace and privacy, and it guarantees that this will certainly be the case. Arriving at our "vacation" seem quiet and privacy afar. The "house" is very sloppy, no hot water, everything is broken, we have only one pot and we sleep with our 3 children together in a room which additionally also serves as a kitchen / living room, loose electricity, too ... to mention. In the pool daily as "n 100 guests swim in the region. The owner of the" out house "shows that we are upset and find it necessary to other Italian guests to embarrass us. We decide just down to the cottage" Orzo "to watch. This cottage is indeed what we expect from a holiday. After 2 days calls, annoy, to find a solution ... we finally return back home. 1,500 kilometers driven for two days of misery. Children (8y , 6j and 1j) are pleased to be allowed to go home. Onz back after 2 days

This cottage is so small that you can stay. The decent here with 5 people is a third-person cottage. It is also super noisy. Sleep is not an option! The area is very beautiful and interesting.

A nice stay and what life apart from Piobicco or Apecchio so peace is awarded. Fun for families with children. Apartments are OK, no more. Kitchenettes are functional but were somewhat more extensive. The owners are friendly though they are sometimes difficult to access only via GSM. Since you far from civilization, there is little or no GSM reception. Only outside on certain areas of the site. Still a nice property that anyway to be recommended.

Orzo is the apartment right on the photo to see. Apartment is not super, but well equipped. Location is very nice with a view of the mountains. Reception excellent, lots of information and a bottle of wine! Nice swimming pool with jacuzzi, plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Playfield with 3 swings. Sufficient culture in the area (Urbino, Urbania, Citta di Castello). The beach and the caves are easily accessible.

A wonderful place for young and old. Where you can revel in the natuur.Buiten on the terrace of the house eating together at the table or in a board game can do all. There are plenty of opportunities for children to play outside and a nice swim. A good variation between private and conviviality. People are friendly and bereidwillend to help you or you informeren.Wij as family especially enjoyed this holiday.

Unfortunately, we arrived in the pouring rain and the weather remained volatile throughout the week. We were welcomed and shown to our destination about 4km long gravel road. Beautiful, beautifully situated property (is the way in Piobicco and not Apecchio). Cottage was a bit basic but you will beaming again have no problems. Landscaped pool with plenty of sun loungers. From this location you can in all directions as you drive through a sometimes beautiful scenery.

We have had two wonderful weeks (mid-July 2008). Swimming is ideal for children, well organized, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas for all guests on the estate. Apartment deserves three stars we find. Only downside was the bed in the living room. This was not acceptable to sleep. Session of the bank is so thin that you spiral of bank and all screws through it feels. Bed linen and towels fine, lovely that it was after a week several times a week. Reception friendly and welcoming, truly Italian. We found the surroundings beautiful, rolling hills of Tuscany, such as, but not cypress and olive trees, but also rugged mountains, gorges and very green and quiet. You get there few tourists and the ones you will find are mostly Dutch. Great for hiking or day trips by car. Beautiful old towns, castles, palazzos' s. Sights on at least an hour drive. 1 x per week music / dance (Pizza, watermelon party), great fun for the kids, but we found not really fit with the accomodation. Nevertheless, it was yet cozy evenings, partly due to the enthusiasm of the musician and hostess Elize. We recommend so warmly.

Cottage
This renovated place has its own terrace with garden furniture. The houses are far apart and therefore there is a lot of privacy. In this apartment 3 to 5 persons can stay: ideal for a family with children.
The property is located on the border between Umbria and Marche in the Candigliano valley, between the towns of Piobbico, Apecchio, Urbania and Sant'Angelo in Vado. You can easily visit Urbino, Gubbio, Assisi and Perugia. In addition, you can go mountain biking or hiking in the mountains of the area.
Apartment Orzo is located in the rustic house next to the pool. It is cozy and well-furnished with 1 separate bedroom and the double sofa bed in the living room. Upon arrival, you will receive a bottle of wine. In summer, a free tasting is organized every week in the main house.
The property is reached via a dirt road of about 4 km. Public transport is 7 km away.
