Nestled in the fascinating mountains between the Schladminger Tauern and the Dachstein massif, Schladming is a popular holiday destination in both winter and summer. In the immediate area you can go hiking or mountain biking. In winter, the free ski bus stops practically in front of the door and you can ski back to the house. The Schladming - Planai/Hochwurzen/Hauser Kaibling ski area (4-mountain ski area) offers 123 kilometers of slopes and over 80 ski lifts in the Dachstein-Tauern region.

In summer, the Pichl swimming lake or the Reiteralmsee in Schladming offer lots of swimming fun! In short: an ideal starting point for your summer and winter vacation!

The accommodation is very well located, the apartment spacious and the surroundings are gorgeous. Only the strong restriction for MTB drivers is a deterrent. The vast majority of beautiful forest trails are simply blocked for MTBs and alternative advertised MTB routes are offered. But these lead for the most part on forest roads, which is not really fun.

Great apartment, great beds, clean and tidy. Friendly owners. Very remote location, ski bus stops outside the door and fortunately we were able to do enough snow to ski back to the apartment. For shopping or eating out is an essential car, this is not to walk in winter conditions.
