We were welcomed very friendly, all necessities were provided on site. The ideal location ensures that a stay without a car is certainly no problem. (For those who do go by car, there is a free parking at 100 m). Some negative points: a bbq was mentioned on the website, which was unfortunately nowhere to be found. The curtains that hang in the room are very translucent, so there was light in the room relatively early (7:30-8:00). For the rest, little reason to complain, super luxurious and modern.

Perfect reception. Everything went as agreed. Explanation of where we could park for free and guided tour of the facilities of the beautiful loft. Everything super clean, very tastefully decorated! Could live right there! Nice roof terrace with sunbeds. Inside bar with stools for apero and cozy eat-breakfast corner that protrudes a little so that you have a nice view of the street and the trees, great to catch up or just read a book or something. There are 3 TVs in the living room and then 1 in each bedroom with many choices of items. There are plenty of terraces and leftovers within walking distance. Also some shops and supermarket nearby. The most delicious EVER (grilled plateau fruit de mer) at L'Art de Vivre, right across the door. Also delicious in Italian leftover l’Olivier. Everywhere incredibly warmly received and friendly service, they can learn something from us in Antwerp. Finally: on Sunday cozy brocanterie under a very old covered gallery. Car not needed for a long weekend and we were not bored for a moment. We have returned home reborn !!!!! Top!!!!

Lovely loft in the center of spa. Good restaurants in the area with excellent map. House itself is perfect. Cozy fireplace and a super relaxed kitchen where you can prepare good dishes. Owners do not speak English or Dutch, but that does not mean that they are super nice people who really try their best to make it to your liking. Owners live in the same building. Only thing is that it is 4 high without a lift so if you have difficulty walking or you have a lot of stuff then it can be difficult. But all in all definitely recommended.

Unfortunately, the man could not speak English and it was not clear that the deposit was via belvilla. But after turning back and forth and showing the papers, the man got it and we got a tour and the key. We only saw the man in the end when he made a check-in and the key was again received.

Very nice apartment on the 3rd floor with private roof terrace and whirlpool in the bathroom. Only drawback is that you have to shower in the bath and you have to continuously hold the sprayer while showering, you can not hang it anywhere

The appointment was that we could pick up the key at 16.00. However, we had to wait 2 o'clock and 55 minutes until the manager / owner opened the door. The argument that there was a traffic crash, I found it unbelievable, because it had to wait for a while. The apartment was fine however, the rail of the stairs to the top is stuck but has been placed in a very awkward place (interrupted). Certainly for older people, this can really cause problems.

The description of the apartment is not correct. No elevator, no garage and no washing machine. Again a deposit was requested. Lamps broken batteries in the remote controls empty. Front panel dishwasher broken. Upon departure, faced with a high bill for gas, light etc. No check possible because neither on arrival nor on departure shown positions so that control is not possible. No kettle so that water in a building must be boiled. The kitchen design is also very thin. It was not even possible to bake eggs in the absence of a suitable pan.

The apartment is located right in the heart of Spa. Very convenient. However, you need to be awarethat the second bedroom Has A street lamp right in front of the window and the curtain does not block the light. As a result, if you need more than one bedroom, bring eye masks and ear plugs for the street noise or you will regret it.

This is a beautiful apartment, beautifully situated in the center of Spa. In this kind of apartment Normally there is pepper, salt, sugar, spices and the like present. In this apartment anything yourself, the toilet paper is rationed. It is a beautiful apartment, with a lovely roof terrace, where we can genieten.Gezien even in October, the sun, the price of the apartment and the hefty energy bill afterwards, the price / quality balance. We had over 100 euros extra, not included in the rent. 50 euro cleaning and all consumption (electric, gas and water itself, which is not directed). Only the electricity itself is to check the rest you'll have to geloven.En as already mentioned in the reviews, the landlady speaks only French. Are you infirm, the elevator is not present and it is tricky narrow stairs, three pieces.

On the face nicely furnished apartment on three high. Strange that everywhere glass doors are installed, such as bathroom and toilet. The owner speaks only French and had to wait before we could enter the apartment. Us 3 hours Silence Rule after 20:00! TV did not work. On departure we received a settlement of cleaning, gas, electricity etc. Amounts not check. Nice rooftop but roof is leaking like a sieve as the boiler and radiators. All in all, this apartment is not worth the money.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable week in Spa, enhanced by the excellent standard of the accommodation provided at La Petite Difference. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and is situated conveniently in the centre of Spa. The kitchen is very well equipped and due to good weather we made good use of the fabulous roof terrace. Whilst the owner speaks very little English she did try to help and enrolled her daughter to assist with translation. On the 'downside' we do feel that an apartment of this standard must be equipped with a shower in the bathroom and for those visitors who prefer it dark in the bedrooms on a night, blackout roller blinds should be fitted to those front windows adjacent to the outside street light.

We recently spent a short week in the apartment & quotLa petite difference ". As the picture 's already did suspect we lacked for nothing. Very attractively furnished and well equipped apartment kitchen, fireplace, private whirlpool and spacious bedrooms. A separate shower would really finish, but that is irrelevant. Very friendly landlords (only speak French). Highly recommended, I would say, if you want a quiet holiday and want to explore the area!

It is a beautiful and luxurious apartment. If you are with 4 people, however, will have to sleep a couple, with a huge lamppost for the door that the room "extremely lit up at night. Also the noise of cars" s is very disturbing. Facing the street The prize money is disappointing for such an expensive apartment you expect more rest. The shop opening hours are unpredictable, but there are plenty of supermarkets nearby. The woods are very beautiful. My friend and I just returned from Spa. We stayed in the super luxury apartment La Petite Difference, with the roof and absolute highlight! Unfortunately it rained a lot during the days we were here. The finer it was therefore that the apartment has all modern conveniences and it was therefore not a punishment to have to stay inside. Fireplace to cook together in the fully equipped kitchen, whirlpool ... Note - Pre-you must call the owner to pass on what time you arrive. Be prepared that the owner only speaks French. - In the "house description" is that there is a lift in the building. This I have seen anywhere. So do not count on it (with a view to wheelchairs or large, heavy carrying cases). - Also, the description suggests that there is only one bedroom TV. However, both bedrooms have TVs. The bedroom on the street side has some drawbacks sound of street traffic can be heard and right to the bedroom window is a fierce street, so inwards. We were only z 'n half and were able to happily choose to take the other one -. Additionally, there is talk of a garage where you can park for 15 euros per day, this does not in front of the apartments at.

We booked this apartment for a motorcycle vacation, the environment is therefore more suitable as for. The apartment was beautiful, nicely furnished and equipped with all luxuries. Nice rooms, comfortable beds and a great roof terrace. The owners were extremely friendly, but I missed a shower. the bathroom is in fact only a double jacuzzi.

This beautiful 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of Spa is perfect for 4 guests seeking comfort and convenience. Located just steps from the town square, Thermes de Spa, and the famous casino, it offers a prime base for exploring the city. Restaurants, shops, and nightlife are all within 100 m, and Spa-La Sauvenière Airport is just 4 km away. The apartment features a bright living room with digital TV and DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and espresso machine. Bedrooms include two double beds (one with a children's bed), and the bathroom has a bubble bath and washbasin. A separate toilet, stereo unit, and heating add to the comfort. Enjoy the outdoors on the roof terrace with garden furniture, plancha grill, and even an outdoor shower. The owners live two floors below and are happy to assist during your stay.
