A wonderful holiday home with everything you need to have a wonderful skiing holiday. The ski areas of Zell am See and Kaprun are nearby. A trip to the Saalbach-Hinterglem ski area is highly recommended (30 minutes by car). The sweet hostess provides a delicious schnitzel during your stay. We will definitely be back .. Highly recommended.

Great located apartment with enough space and equipped with many extras. Colorful rooms that bring the apartment to life. Small shop within walking distance, otherwise by bike or car to the neighboring towns. Apartment is great for hiking and walking. The landlady is very nice and cooks for her guests once per stay. We stayed as a family with 3 children (9,3,2) for 4 nights in the apartment. From the balcony you have a great view of the mountain panorama. The environment is quiet and a playground was within walking distance. The apartment had EVERYTHING you need for living. Everything was super clean. There was enough space for the children to play. The apartment is also very child-friendly. We were greeted in a very friendly manner and served and felt comfortable from the first minute. This was a top holiday home. Very nice area for walking, cycling and tobogganing in Kaprun. Super friendly hostess who also cooked for us one evening during our stay (schnitzel with salad and potatoes). highly recommended!

It was a great week for us! Everything was well arranged! The landlady was really welcoming! The accommodation was clean! Everything is there what you need! An evening was even cooked / baked for us! The area is speechlessly beautiful. When you wake up in the morning, you start enjoying the fantastic view over the valley. Furthermore, the Sigmut-Tuhn-Klamm, Kitsteinhorn and the Krimml-Wasserfalle are highly recommended!

Excellent arrival at Josefine. The apartment is spacious, neat and fully equipped. She had a baby bed ready for us when she read that we were with our daughter. As icing on the cake, she made 'butterkartoffeln mit schnitzels' on Wednesday and Thursday we got home-made apple strudel. Really delicious! Downstairs on the street a 10 minute wait is a small supermarket, at the top of the road is the Nagelköpfel ski area with Tue and Thursday evening skiing for a fee. Ski rental is cheaper there than in Zell am See. Car is at the top of the driveway under a canopy, so you never have to scratch or clear snow.

Very warm welcome with a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. The next day we got delicious apfelstrüdel, baked by the owner herself. She also cooks one day a week for the guests and that tasted excellent again. The apartment is very clean and everything is there. The environment is fantastic and you can do everything there. Boredom does not get a chance here. Recommended!!!!

Josefine is a very attentive hostess. Due to circumstances we arrived later and that was fine solved. A nice welcome pack, delicious apple strudel and Wiener schnitzel prepared for us. The cottage has everything you need for a relaxing holiday and you return with clean washed clothes! We had a nice walk with the dogs, skied in Zell am See, Kaprun and slept in Bramberg. Top holiday!

Excellent accommodation provided with all the necessary amenities.Very friendly manager who surprised her guests with great hospitality and treats. Its excellent location at Zell am See and Kaprun is a great place to enjoy the beautiful nature, mountains, sights (Mooserboden, Kitzsteinhorn, Krimmler wasserfälle , Grossglockner Hochalpenstrasse, ...), shopping and for relatively little money, a breathtaking flight over the mountains can be made from Zell am See airport.

Very tidy and clean apartment, very dear host mother and a very tasty apple strudel :))))) Apart from two of the old wooden doors, there is absolutely nothing to criticize or complain about (and the thing about the doors is already complaining on a high level). Peace, nature, everything you could want as a city dweller. We would like to come back, but unfortunately everything is fully booked for our appointment options in 2024. Upon arrival we were welcomed by the owner and she showed where the apartment was. It is an apartment that is fully equipped. Spacious kitchen equipped with all necessary equipment. Great living room with lovely sitting-couch especially after skiing to relax on. Spacious bedrooms where it must be said that they can only be reached via 1 door so you have to go through bedroom if someone is already sleeping. We were not handy with 2 adult children. Bathroom with washing machine. Space to put ski boots away and skis in the barn.Veel useful was that the car could stand under a carport and if not every morning the snow had to be removed.Also we had a dog and she had something there too goodies for us and for us a bottle of wine and something lekkers.Brachtige area close to small beginners piste with drag lifts.We ebben the skis, shoes and helmets rented at this location and we got a 15% discount because we could show that we had rented Josefine's apartment. It was very good ski, s and almost new shoes and we paid almost half less than at the Intersport in Kaprun (then you have storage space there) We have 2 days on the small piste because it rained a little and then snowed to Kaprun been very nice track and wonderfully quiet. Wednesday we had great food from Josefine and Thursday homemade apple strudel (tastier than at the bakery). In short, had a wonderful week because there was a lot of snow and therefore a fairytale winter wonderland was created.
