We were greeted warmly by the landlady Josefine and well looked after. The apartment left nothing to be desired and even for our dog there was a welcome gift :) For longer excursions without a dog, there were even gassi service included. We felt very well and will certainly come back.

Had a super holiday. A warm welcome from Josefine. For us a familiar face, since we have been in this same house 6 years ago and everything you need is present.A bottle of wine and a box of chocolates as "entry" completes such a meeting. "The guests were surprised by Josefine with the fact that she cooked for her guests (free) on one evening in the week We stayed 2 weeks (1st week Wienerschnitzels with all the trimmings and 2nd week Spretzl with everything on and on) Fantastic! 10 + for this treasure of a woman! You certainly have your freedom and privacy if you appreciate it.We always buy a TV program and were there during the World Championships Football.Ideal cottage.Door the quiet central location in popular places ( Kaprun, Sell am See) you have the relaxation to rest when it is needed and you can look up crowds if you want Beautiful routes driven in the area (GrossGlockerHohestrasse), without repeating our previous holiday.

The environment is of course beautiful and the arrival at the house was fantastic! The home owner is a very sweet woman who prepares the guests a warm welcome. We got a bottle of wine and chocolate on the first night and on Wednesday she cooked for us and it was delicious! We have had a breakdown with the car and she has also helped us very kindly. The house is cozy and very complete. Simply everything was available! We had a wonderful week and we would like to go back again.

Had a great stay, very sweet home owner who had prepared a bottle of wine for us and snacks for the dog. One evening she even cooked! The house was clean, in a beautiful setting. The Fun card was included. Highly recommended! Central location, close to a small supermarket, Zell am See, Kaprun and Krimml.

What have we enjoyed our stay in this holiday home. The location is beautiful and the cottage is more than complete. Every detail has been taken care of from the dishwasher to the dutch cheese slicer, from the washing machine to the lovely terrace. The house is spacious enough for three adults or a family with small children. Pets are more than welcome and can go well. Our landlord Josefien is very hospitable and friendly and the house was spotless on arrival. In the area you can make beautiful walks in the valley or with a cable car above 2000 meters. There are also nice trips to the nearby Kaprun or Zell am See. We (a couple with a dog) will definitely come back again! Our holiday was a party.

Very friendly hostess Josefine. She even cooked for us once. Typically Austrian, Delicious schnitzel! Cottage was neat, good beds and a beautiful rural setting with horses in front of the door in the meadow. 10 to 15 min drive from Kaprun and Zell am see!

A small and cozy apartment with nothing missing. Even the towels were changed in the middle of the week. The ideal starting point for many hikes and trips to stroll in Zell am See. We had a great week and thanks again for the tasty apple swirl of the very nice landlady.

We were very satisfied with our stay. We were warmly welcomed and the hostess tried very hard to make us feel comfortable. The apartment has everything you need. There is a very well-equipped kitchen with a 4-plate stove , sink, dishwasher, toaster, microwave and an Optigrill. Dishes, glasses and cutlery are available in sufficient quantities. Also chopping boards and knives. In the bathroom there is a washing machine, hairdryer, sink, shower and toilet. Everything worked wonderfully. In the small porch/hallway there are possibilities to hang up jackets and put down shoes. In the bedroom there is a large futon bed with 2 bedside tables. We prefer to lie a little harder

We realtime enjoyed our stay and we received a warm welcome from the hostes. The holiday home is coasy and has got everything you need. The holiday house was also very clean. The dogs also felt at home and also got a warm welcome from the hostes as well and a treat. The surrounding is beautifully with the mountains and fresh air around you. The towns nearby have everything you need to entertain you or just to get you glossary.
