These combined multi-level apartments are located in a real ski mecca. The entrance and stairs to the first floor are shared with the house owner and his young family, but you will have the entire house to yourself. 200m away are small shops, après-ski and a very popular pizzeria - so you don't have to cook if you don't feel like it. Also just 200 metres from the house you will find the free ski bus to Zauchensee or Flachau and within 5 minutes you can walk to the fantastic new Amade thermal baths. You can reach Obertauern within 20 minutes by car (skiing every year until May!). This is a fantastic group accommodation for a great winter sports holiday!

We have been warmly welcomed by homeowner Otto and his wife. They took plenty of time to explain the e.e.a. and provide us with information about skiing and hiking in the area. Beautiful house with spacious rooms and a cozy common room. More than enough household and kitchenware available. Otto has several times informed how everything pleased and if there was something he was immediately ready. We had a top week

Had a wonderful holiday! Nice homeowner .. were a little earlier than the agreed time, but was no problem and were allowed right inside. Within 300 meters we were able to take the ski bus to Flachau or Zauchensee and within 10 minutes you were at the slopes. In short, top accommodation in a nice town.

On arrival we were welcomed by the host and hostess. Official matters we could deal with later on in peace. It is a fine property. We were with our family, consisting of adults between 17 and 62 years. Because of the many bedrooms and bathrooms there is plenty of privacy and ability to draw you back. Very nice that in apartment there is a larger space to stay all together, eat, play games, watch TV, etc. The equipment with pans, crockery and cutlery is not as extensive in all apartments, but because we still are all cooked and ate on the ground floor which gave us no problems. shops and ski rental are a few minutes' walk away. A pizzeria is located opposite the house. We did not eat here because we each day cooked on a rotating basis. 200 measurement is a ski bus to take you to a ski resort. The ride takes 10-20 minutes, depending on the ski area. Being the last day was not such good skiing weather we used the swimming / spa accommodation 15 minutes' walk away. You may as well one day (partial) play in swimmingpool and / or sauna. All in all a great house for a large group of up to 20 people.

We were having a great week with a group of 20 adults + 11 9 kids.We! The apartments are clean and spacious and the common room and kitchen, downstairs TOP! Here you can socialize with z 'n all food and games. The kitchen downstairs is equipped with more than enough crockery, glassware, cutlery, pans etc. and there is a dishwasher. The owners are very hospitable, you with all your questions when they go! Just a great townhouse with leaders !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are 4 families with children, a ski week before. Haus Vital gives the opportunity to be together and yet the privacy of your own apartment. Ideal for families. The winter sports facilities are excellent with the beautiful and easily accessible slopes of Flachau at 5 minutes. We have had mixed weather, clouds, snow and sun. Restaurants in the neighborhood there are sufficient and the pizza 's on the other side are well worth it.

We were a group of 17 people consisting of 4 families with children between 7 and 18 years old.
We felt very well in apartments in Haus VITAL. The hosts are very nice and are very discreet. The 4 apartments are spacious and can be filled to full capacity without any problem, 21 people in total. The kitchen of flat no. 3 (for 6 people) located on the 2nd floor is very spacious, has a separate entrance to the apartment and can be used for meetings of the entire group. Each apartment has its own kitchen and is fully equipped.
Shops are nearby.
Ski bus stations are located approximately 200m. A bus goes to Altenmarkt-Zauchensee and another to Flachau-Flachauwinkl, it should be changed to reach the slopes of Flachau. The time between two buses is approximately 30 min. Finally after three days when we used ski bus we gave up and used cars. We skied in Zauchensee, Flachau and a day in Schladming. Slopes were great, but because of warmer weather in the bottom of the mountain the snow was very wet and heavy.

We strongly suggest, do not hesitate to choose Haus Vital to spend your vacation.

We had a total of five families rented this house. We had nice weather all week. Small children kunenn enjoy themselves in the pool that is about 7 minutes away. And one big advantage: there is WIFI available. Especially for the youth, this is almost indispensable. The only thing that is unfortunate is that the sun is very cold in the winter, so you are not easy with the whole group can eat or sit. We have the owner understood that this summer they will refurbish and insulate the conservatory, making this problem in the winter will be solved.
