A perfect stay in a fantastically well-equipped apartment with lovely balconyThe apartment is one of the best and most thoughtfully equipped of any holiday accommodation we have stayed in, It was spacious, clean and quiet with complementary welcome items such as milk, juice, beer and fruit, It’s only 20 minutes walk from the main port and bus station and on the bus route, There is a local supermarket and bakery across the road and a very good hypermarket is easily accessed via the first set of steps/,road on the way towards the old city, Dubrovnik itself is beautiful and we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and taking in the view, Duro was a lovely host, The kitchen is great in terms of facilities and Duro has provided many useful cooking items which we rarely see elsewhere, As Dubrovnik is expensive for eating out we made good use of the kitchen and cooked in the apartment a couple of times, As we stayed for 5 nights he brought us fresh towels during our stay and provided lots of useful information about the local area, We were also really pleased to have use of a washing machine and drying lines off the balcony as we are travelling longer-term so needed to wash clothes during our stay, Overall this was a great place to stay, excellent value for money and we would have no hesitation in staying here if we return to Dubrovnik, Thank you Duro!

The owner of the apartmen was very frendly and communicative, \r\nWe got a lot of informations from Duro about the interesting activities, places in Dubrovnik and around of the town, \r\n(for example about island Lokrun, restaurants and bars and tasting of oysters,,,) :)\r\nEverything was nice and perfect!

the apartment was very clean, had any amenity required (including a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine), was very conveniently located right by a bus station for a five minute ride to the old town, or 25 minute walk, parking is available (albeit a sidewalk, but still, a spot to park) and our host was very kind and showed us a map with recommendations and advised how best to get around

Fani was an extremely generous host, and I would recommend his great location to anyone visiting Dubrovnik,
He arranged a transfer from the the airport to his place with a very elegant car at an affordable price, When we arrived, he asked us what we would be interested in seeing, and he created an itinerary for the three days that we were staying there, He has plenty of maps and brochures with things to do,
The location was very convenient, It had a bus stop right outside that takes you to the Old Town in minutes, There was also a supermarket, bakery, and pizzeria close by,
We were very interested in doing a boat tour, and Fani booked our tour right on the spot, He called his close friend and captain, Marco, who showed us a great time on his ship, Marco picked us up from our apartment in the morning and even dropped us off after the tour, The tour had an amazing fresh lunch that Marco grilled on the boat with unlimited wine and soft drinks, It was the most beautiful day we had in Dubrovnik,
The place was very clean with a washer and clothing line with hooks outside, He conveniently lived downstairs and was always available in case we ever needed help with anything,
It was very spacious and was the perfect space for my boyfriend, friend, and me, It had two rooms, pots, pans, cleaning supplies, and anything you needed,
He dropped us off at the port, which was only five minutes away when we left, He also gave each of us a Dubrovnik bottle opener as a souvenir when we left, which was a very nice gesture, I would highly recommend this place, Fani made us feel very welcomed and at home!
