We were warmly received. Friendly people. Accommodation is dated, but everything is spacious and complete. Sleep well. There was a terrace missing to sit outside. Environment really fantastic.

We had a wonderful holiday at a bio farm. A whole department for ourselves with four toilets and three showers. friendly welcome, but like many visitors, we also had trouble finding it. It is uggl at Uttendorf. However, nice view of the mountain. It is a real organic farm, so it is environmentally friendly with the waste. Good lesson for our waste mountain. There were kittens and a young puppy, which was great fun for our children. And we had taken a Salburgerlandcard.Een recommended you get a booklet with museums, clammles, jobs and other activities. Top holiday.

Well where will I start. Lovely environment close to the Kitzsteinhorn so plenty of opportunities for skiing. Then the house, positive are the 3 large bedrooms, each with its own shower and toilet. A lovely balcony with beautiful views. Now the less good sides, 1 small towel per person so take some towels with you. 2 small kitchens which are housed on either side of the house. Kitchen without extractor and very dated with old and bad pans. Incidentally, the banks almost fall apart, including one of the beds. A narrow staircase to the 2nd floor so make sure you have good mobility. The floor is closed at the bottom of the stairs. Well wise to do because on the 3rd day the demented grandmother of the family was suddenly in our bedroom to take a shower and sleep. I can not say that enjoyable. The residents are certainly cordial but miss the small things that make a stay more confertable. A roll of toilet paper some washing up liquid and some more tea towels would fit a bit more. We have already visited many Belvilla properties but this was definitely the least. So, sin.

Beautiful ski resort. Rural house with very hospitable people. Really on the farm outside but with the associated odors. Harder to find. Still, we had a super holiday.

The farm could be a bit better signposted. The Navi has its problems there. Definitely bring snow chains if you do not have four-wheel. The host family was friendly. The accommodation was ok and in the home everything was ready yet. You can drive from there in some resorts. Unfortunately, it did in our week very snowed and the lifts were partially closed. So we drove an alternative to the Krimml Waterfalls and into the Oldtimermuseum to Kaprun. Was still a nice winter vacation) for the weather nobody can what

Very nice vacation had in Uttendorf. Beautiful house with a great view. all may be a bit cleaner, but also because it is an active farm. Owner is friendly and helps where needed. Just ask and it is regulated. We had ourselves a BBQ in and asked where it was. Might just sit on her furniture. She became even bring snaps.

A real Austrian farm, peacefully located. Together with our 4 children (under 12) we enjoyed the stunning views from the balcony and the beautiful walks. The three bedrooms are all equipped with shower and toilet. The two (!) Kitchens contain everything you need and the bed and badlinnenservice make the holiday complete. Last but not least, a warm and friendly host family.

Very friendly people. Children could play happily outside and could also look at the stables they were totally awesome course. In Austria at that time, unfortunately, was not much to do because they had all holiday so had to find eateries but with the owner, we finally found some very long. Nice view! Nice hiking trail "s only one minus the mattresses were a bit thin so we felt that we were on wooden planks (difficult if you're used very thick mattress). Moreover, had a great holiday!

We had our winter home in uttendorf, or so we thought. It was during the Christmas week. The holiday was booked a few miles away, located mostly a lot higher, and then on the second floor of a farmhouse. Luckily there was on the narrow access road no snow, snow chains are different imperative. The friendly landlady was waiting for us at all, and because she and her family and grandmother in the farm on one floor and ground floor 0woonden, we saw the family regularly every day. The vakantiewonig consists of 3 large bedrooms, each with a small bathroom with shower and toilet. There are 2 not too large kitchens of which we as a sitting room furnished with a sofa bed had to set that was used as a bank down. Dutch are happy to sit back s.avonds so do we with our family of 8 adults and 3 children, which was just enough room in this house. Unfortunately no wifi. The location is very beautiful between Mittersill and Zell am see with beautiful, but expensive ski resorts (skiegebied kitbuhel and Zell am See-Kaprun). It was a real Austrian attic, anyway dusty wood with a large south facing balcony.

Had an excellent stay. family are very friendly and welcoming, children shared their toys with our 3 year old. Very quiet and peaceful location, yet close to main road for easy access to nearby towns. House in rural location so ideally suited to persons with a car. Long walk to nearest bus stop!
House very clean and well maintained. Amazing views of the valley and mountains.

The house is located on the mountain. With lots of snow only accessible with snow chains. The house is at the end of the 1 km long weg.Geen space for the skie "s and the wet shoes and clothes. Could imagine that it is a great location in the summer. Lovely view over the entire valley

If you like holidays on the farm, this is the place. Great for families with children. The apartment is nice it groß.Gab for me none. In winter snow chains necessary in snow sure. The way there could be something better signposted. If you ask one finds it could very well be.

This superb apartment is situated in Uttendorf, near Kitzbühel - Kirchberg ski area. Ideal for a large family or a group of friends, there are 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 9 guests. This apartment has a balcony for you to enjoy freshly prepared meals and sip a cup of coffee together.
Perfect for long walks, the forest lies just 500 m away. The lake is situated only 4 km from the property if you wish to spend a day by the lakeside. The ski lift lies only 16 km and you can enjoy skiing in the Kitzbühel - Kirchberg ski area in the winters.
