The cleanliness of the complex and the care of the outdoor area of the houses / inventory leaves a lot to be desired, some of the furniture is worn and in need of renewal, the loungers by the pool are worn out, the elevator for the 27 residential units / holiday apartments on a steep hillside has been defective for a long time, so the apartments are only about very many stairs accessible, view fantastic! The accommodation is about 200m above the lake, The view from the terrace of the accommodation is fantastic, The accommodation was clean and tidy, the equipment with kitchen utensils and crockery was sufficient

You should let customers know that there is wifi near the reception, when I asked you I was told that there was no wifi but that's not entirely true, other than that we're very happy with the facility and want to be sure in the future spend our holidays again,

The accommodation is wonderful! Furnishings were somewhat outdated and worn out, the on-site staff was very friendly and helpful, there were only 2 German TV channels, unfortunately we had mold in the bathroom, despite making compromises in the accommodation, we were very satisfied with everything and had a nice one Vacation,

The 2-room apartment in the Residence Il Vineto Due complex in Oggebio was clean, well furnished and well maintained. The complex is very quiet, about 150 meters above the lake on the mountain and has a magnificent view. However, we were very surprised by the run-down Entrance area, the plaster is falling off the walls

There was no safe, there wasn't enough storage space in the bathroom either, the accommodation was handed over to us dirty, there was only a small mirror in the whole apartment, the patio chairs were totally worn out
