We were with a large group of friends, had great weather, so we lived outside a lot.
Within sufficient relaxation options, for young and old and enough spaces for me time.
Beds are wonderful and nice shower spray in the shower.
Large terrace with picnic benches, very large lawn that borders a forest, where you can enjoy a nice walk.
Beautiful environment to do enough.
At the neighbors opposite "frituur de baracque" we would certainly NOT recommend, waiting half an hour for your drink while there is hardly anyone is a bit disappointing, we would also have to wait at least an hour for our food, we did not do this.
The only thing we missed were relaxing garden chairs on the terrace..

We enjoyed our stay. It is an old hotel that indeed deserves a paint job on the outside, but we were 24 adults who had a great stay.
Much use was made of the pool table and the table tennis table.
Beds excellent and the available cooking equipment, kitchen and living rooms were fine. Friendly key transfer, etc. Very pleased and definitely recommended for a large group.

A very spacious house with a good quality-price ratio. We were there with a family of 21 people for a full week. Beautiful area for hiking, mountain biking and enjoying nature. The fireplace is there, but we were not allowed to use it !!! Did it anyway and it burned just fine! The kitchen is great and the dishwashing kitchen is a godsend for large groups. First cleaned it well, because it was a bit greasy. Because the house had been empty for a long time, it was musty in the rooms and that was not made better by the many aroma diffusers that had to camouflage this. We quickly unplugged it. After a few days this subsided a bit. There is a nice atmospheric bar. This is a highlight in the house. However, because the sewage system is not properly disconnected, there is an annoying well smell. A gooseneck would greatly increase comfort here. The furniture in the dining room is fine and there are enough plates, glasses and cups, etc. With felt pads under the chair legs, the noise of sliding chairs was less. There was no teapot. However, a pool billiards and table tennis table. The garden is very large and our grandchildren have played there extensively. We did, however, build a balustrade next to the stairs to the terrace. It was said of the terrace upon receipt that this was not in the folder and did not actually belong (?????). The stairs are dangerous for small children without a balustrade. There still seems to be occasional work on the house. This is not done very professionally and apparently should not cost much. In short, value for money, but not (yet) everything is in order. If you don't have to have everything in tip-top shape, it's a great choice for people who go for spacious, nice and cozy and don't shy away from using the fireplace anyway, because that was very nice and cozy.

The house is suitable for large groups and fairly well equipped. The sun being in the game, we were also able to enjoy the outdoor equipment and the beautiful grounds. The most, is the kindness and availability of the owner.

Former hotel has a lot of space when you are away with several families (or groups). A lot has been renovated downstairs, but the rooms are outdated (sanitary and showers have been "patched up"). Personally I didn't think it was cleaned well before arrival. Large and beautiful garden, very nice, but dangerous stairs to the garden for small children (concrete stairs without railings).

Nice hotel (or has been) but urgently in need of refurbishment. Many things are either broken or amateurishly and temporarily repaired. As a positive point, the space is huge. You certainly get enough for your money. If this is 100% in order, then there can certainly be a 1000 € more for a weekend to be asked given the possibilities and space. We had a nice stay. The house is centrally located but at the same time in the middle of nowhere. Many beautiful walks from the door or 10 minutes by car. We also visited lupulus (brewery), definitely recommended.

Location: The Loacation is great! At parkers" crossing. Fritteri on the other side of the road.
House : The house, well where do I start.. there are parts renovated. there are "old" parts.. these drag the quality of the house down. Some rooms have nice bathrooms, but the room is old and lived. The mattresses are thin and hard so I had to take the one from the spare bed. Not every room has it"s bathroom, so very difficutl to divide the rooms to ppl. they had to come showering in our room. like said .. the house is dated. the living area has been modernized. but the "game area" is again low quality. the pool table on the picture is really bad and old. only 1 cue available outside area but the big bqq is almost done due to corrosion.
Conclusion: The house has potential. It needs to have the rooms fixed and modernized. Put a descending pool table in the room of the bar and it's another sight. ;-)

Ground floor dining room and sitting area were good, nice place, has had an update. Playroom had a leak when it rained a lot and lacked maintenance.
Toilets in the basement smelled quite bad, an unsavory room.
Outside terrace is pleasant.
Kitchen washing up area worked well, the kitchen itself also lacked care. There are several ovens, but 1 oven only worked well.
Enough cooling and freezing space for a larger group.
Bedrooms look very neat in the photo, but lack maintenance. The same applies to toilets and bathrooms (some lamps were broken, shower room outdated or rod broken, etc.)
We suddenly ran out of water, luckily we quickly contacted the owner who asked what the situation was.
We left everything neat and tidy and clean, but shortly afterwards we received a text asking if we had a dog in the holiday home because it smelled so bad. We didn't have that, and it's annoying to hear.
All in all, we found the location mediocre. We had thought better about photos and hoped. We won't be back there again.

You can see that the accommodation is being renovated, but the second floor in particular cannot actually be rented out: it is very outdated, there is not a sink in every room, but there is also no central bathroom with sink. The extractor hood in the kitchen needs to be cleaned.

The house was unfortunately not completely clean, windows had not been cleaned for a long time and cobwebs in the whole house, the house was renovated "quickly", but the details could still be improved a lot. Large enough for 24 people, living / dining area fine. Moving the chairs over the tiles makes a lot of noise with so many people, a few felt pads underneath would be great. House is not noisy, noise from below is almost impossible to hear upstairs. Large garden fine.
Bedrooms fine, but with 2 rooms you have to go through the other bedroom to get to those 2 other rooms, so less privacy and this is not clear from the description.
Ovens / stoves only partially work and were not clean.
In response to an earlier review, I had asked via chat whether the toilets in the basement really smell that bad, pit / sewer smell. I was assured that this is not the case.
There would be 6 toilets in the basement, 4 were closed when we were there and it smelled like well / old water / sewer. According to the owner, the 4 toilets have been demolished by previous guests.
So we used the toilets on the 1st and 2nd floor. It would be good if Belvilla would take a look at the house because so far I am used to Belvilla better.

House is very tired, many holes in the ceiling where the pool table is, there is a bar but you could not / could not use it because the fridge "s were locked. Only after day 2 we discovered that there is a toilet downstairs but for this you had to go all the way to the cellar.The beds were good but the house is very poorly insulated so you hear every sound when there are people downstairs chatting and you want to sleep.Let us say that they see the photos from the have drawn the right angle because in reality it looks different.

The house is in a perfect location, is spacious enough for a group of 30 people and has a spacious garden. The rooms are nicely laid out and the bar gives the house a cozy space to stay. The disadvantage of this house was the hygiene and cleanliness. Most of the rooms had a bad sewage smell, there was mold on the walls and ceilings or it was simply not clean. Not all plumbing worked as expected or caused nuisance in other areas. The kitchen was spacious and equipped with sufficient equipment, but here too the cleanliness and cleanliness left something to be desired. When I should give this house a grade, it was a 6, purely due to the space and location / location of the house.

Everything we needed as a large group of friends was there but in outdated condition. Property needs a thorough refresh. The front door could no longer be properly closed and it can be opened from the outside, not really ideal against burglary. The pool table was almost falling apart. Ceiling above the pool table is full of holes. The bar is virtually unusable and is really just there for show. Also, the communal toilet facility in the basement is really filthy, it reeked of sewage air. Furthermore, this was almost impossible to smell in the house. The kitchen is ideal for large groups. Large refrigerators and freezer, but this one also needs to be renewed. The ovens no longer close properly and the stove takes forever to heat up. The living room is also completely fine, large tables where you can all eat or play games. But here too things need to be replaced, the benches are broken or saggy. Bedrooms are ok, beds were good and it looked fresh. However, it also lacks the finishing touch here. Sockets that are open, doors that do not close properly, window frames that are broken, sealants in the bathrooms that are no longer good, toilet seats that are loose. All in all a great house for large groups of friends who don't look too closely in the details, but I don't recommend this house for families! House really needs a major renovation, especially for the price you pay. Just give it a pass.
