Location, location, location, TOP! Although it is an older house, everything is excellent, in very good condition, beautiful view of the water, lots of different places to sit outside, even where you can sit in a sheltered area, with a view, large selection of different garden furniture, large lawn, sea view from inside too, kitchen very well equipped, well thought out room layout with access via the terrace, beautiful bathing jetty below the property immediately accessible via its own staircase, quiet location for those seeking relaxation, we hardly needed any excursions because the house itself was so beautiful, cycling was also great fun, there are various options for renting bikes, e.g. at the campsite or in Assens, we would love to come back!
