We had rebooked our holiday because we did not find Spain useful with code red. We certainly did not regret it, what a great place we ended up and Italy was everything we had hoped for. The house we were in was spacious, clean and in the nicest place I've ever been. The pool was a little smaller than the photo suggested, but great that we had it with the heat that was there. The only thing that could be useful is an air conditioning, but that is the only thing we really had to find fault with.

The arrival was good, but it might be useful to provide an address from Belvilla where the key can be picked up and no longitude and latitude for GPS. The accommodation was very good and fully equipped with a breathtaking view. The only downside is that the pool is not at the house but on another plot, or 30 meters away, but disappointing that this is not indicated in the description!

Well-kept lawn, parking lot in front of the property, quiet location, but cars pass almost directly on the roof of the extension. House still new (beautiful wooden staircase with stone elements in the wall), but not user-friendly (3rd room in the extension can only be reached from the outside, toilet only in the extension or on the 1st floor). 2 separate keys. If you close the door, you can only get in with the key. Otherwise you lock yourself out. North-facing terrace, roof permeable to rain, moldy upholstery. Kitchen in the annex cannot be used as it is completely empty (no pots, dishes ...). Hygiene is a foreign word: down duvets were uncovered !!!!! (Only provided with a simple sheet - and that during coronary times!) We only found disinfectants in the closet under the groceries left behind by the previous tenant. Swimming pool does not make a clean impression (we did not use it) and is not on the property, but on the other side of the street between the trees. Dead scorpion in the room in the annex, still dirt from the renovation on the hood, moldy corner in the bathroom, blue protective film from the closet was not even completely removed. Nice cooking island, but age-old, dirty pots, only 1 single lid. Remnants of adhesive tape and other dirt from the new building are still everywhere, all the cheapest furniture, mattresses that are far too soft. The defects can all be proven with photos. Since they did not want our identification documents, I assume that the required report has not been made either. You could make something nice out of the house - but definitely not recommended!
