We were very warmly received when we arrived in the middle of the night. The cottage was fantastic, exactly what we expected, kitchen with everything you need, great beds in the bedrooms. But especially the pool was lovely (!) And big enough to enter laps. The area was beautiful, nice towns with beautiful historic centers, cozy boulevards, beautiful bays, both pebble and sandy beaches. Near the house were even beds that you could take to the beach. It is advisable to rent a car. It is definitely a place to go back to again.

Beautiful villa with lovely swimming pool. Nice rooms with good air conditioning, all equipment works. Nice surprise to find books and games in the cupboard! The hostess is a very nice and thoughtful lady. Had a very nice stay, definitely recommended!

We could without problem earlier in the cottage than 5 pm, that was very pleasant after a long drive. The cottage met our expectations as described on the site. The location was great, luckily we had our own transportation.

In a quiet villa district with the Montgo mountains in the background lies this beautiful villa. It is certainly more than 1000m, which is called from the sea so a car is definitely needed in the hot summer to go to the beach.

Just had 10 wonderful days in Javea. Cottage is furnished in typical Spanish style. Small details such as decent fly windows (also on the back door), electricity (sometimes cut out when using too many devices at the same time) would add value. Garden, terrace and pool are fantastic!! Lots of privacy and quiet environment. Shops and beach just a 10-minute drive away. Playa del Arenal is very nice in terms of beach, bars and restaurants.

Nice environment, very narrow road leading to it. Watch out carefully. I contacted our contact person about the cleaning, because a cigarette butt was floating in the pool and used cutlery was put back, very dirty. The villa is beautiful, needs some attention. The floor could be replaced. The pool is fantastic. The electricity went out a few times. The WiFi at the pool is very weak. Very little space for toiletries. Closet full of games available, also includes books. Fun! Fine kitchen with high worktop. Fine washing machine. The refrigerator is tricky: what you put at the bottom freezes. There is a special smell, but the patio pavement is in serious need of replacement. One of the tiles of the step is even completely loose. We solved this dangerous situation by putting a parasol base on it so that we would not accidentally stand on it. Thank you for having Dutch TV! As said, the pool was fantastic. Beautiful deep and large. The sunbeds need to be replaced: they sag so that you lie on the chassis; not that comfortable. Great beds, nice bath, beautiful lighting, good air conditioning.

The location of the house is amazing. It is quite, secluded yet near Jávea center. The house itself is beautiful and characteristically Spanish. The pool is amazingly big. So the first few moments in and around the house we were mesmerized by its beauty. After a closer look and a first night of sleep, we discovered all kinds of shortcomings and we reached out to the property manager. 4 out of the 7 issues we raised were not addressed. We are disappointed by that. To be completely honest, we would not recommend this villa to any of our friends or family and this is why.

We stayed for 16 days and only one set of towels per person is provided. And after asking about it, we were told that we needed to pay extra for fresh towels. This is not mentioned in the description of the villa and using a towel for 16 days in a row is not hygienic. We decided to wash them ourselves but for all electricity used you need to pay at the end of your stay.

The bathroom is renovated which is great. But the design of the villa on the website is outdated. There is no longer a bath. And the new shower is beautiful but there is bearly any water coming out of it and additionally the hand shower is not working properly so there is more water running down the hose than coming out of the shower head. We've raised this to the property manager and this was simply ignored.

We wanted to cook a meal ourselves and discovered that only one of the four gas burners of the stove is working. The other three don't work. Again, we've raised this to the property manager and again it was ignored.

Four of the seven sunbeds at the pool are broken.

The biggest shortcoming is the broken slatted bed base on one side of the bed in the master bedroom. They tried to fix it by using dutc tape but everytime you lay down on the bed, it tears. We cannot move to another room because we have a 5 month old baby that sleeps with us in the room and no other room is big enough to have the baby bed next to us. Again
