Beautiful house and very harmonious furnishings made of solid, warm wood. In the middle of nature, between olive trees, pine trees and lemons. Everything you need for a pleasant stay is very clean. Pleasant landlord, very helpful and dog-friendly.

It was a wonderful experience, blissful people, beautifully received .. there was 1 minus point .. the weather .. but no one is not to blame. on the table, water in the fridge, fresh fruit .. occasionally we got eggs, cherries, cake .. own olive oil. never experienced .. and Dora, the house mascot. lovely dog, who let our Mira be a bit more dog .. 1000 x thanks for everything .. we will definitely be back ..

Warm welcome by Maurilio. Beautiful recently renovated cottage where cool drinks were in the fridge and a stuffed fruit bowl. Nice and cool house (air conditioning not used). We enjoyed the peace, environment and the hospitality of the landlords. This cottage is highly recommended! When the hot tub is installed we come back one more time.

On arrival we found a very friendly and good English speaking host (Maurilio). Inside the cottage was a large bowl of delicious fruit, the air conditioning was turned on and the fridge contained cold water, beer and watermelon. Everything was very clean and tidy. How welcome can you feel? The surroundings are really beautiful. The cottage is in the middle of the olive trees and a small vineyard.

Wonderful place in beautiful Tuscany. House is fully equipped. Although the house is close to the owner, you will not be bothered by this. The residents are nice and the contact Maurilio is very nice and helpful. He speaks good English. And is very helpful.

Despite the mosquitoes, and that's a thing, this is a fantastic place. The cottage is beautiful - made of beautiful and solid material, the furniture is tiptop, spacious bedroom, nice shower, and above all, the owner and his family are very nice. We have come to rest here and plan to come back next year.

Warm welcome by English-speaking owner. Fresh fruit on the fruit plate. As well as bottles of water in the fridge. "In the evening we were surprised by the nonna with pasta carbonara. The next day a home-made apple pie with limoncello. Again a day later, we got oliebollen with olives. Delicious! As a bonus, we received a bottle of organic olive oil from our own company, and this location is highly recommended

Upon arrival after a long warm ride to the villa in Tregozanno we were warmly welcomed by the manager Maurillio, with a welcome refreshment in the fridge. The villa is situated on a hill in the yard of the property manager with beautiful views all around, near the beautiful old town of Arezzo. The Villa is suitable for small families, or couples, pets allowed, and has all imaginable facilities, spacious garden and a veranda with spacious table for outdoor dining. The villa is well insulated against high temperatures and if necessary can be cooled with the air conditioning. For cooling down, there is a nice swimming pool located on the road to Arezzo and for horse lovers there are opportunities to make outdoor rides in the area and enjoy the nature and views in the neighborhood of Salutio.

Beautiful surroundings, friendly welcome with a cordial family who are blessed with a beautiful estate. First day received a home-baked cake and 2nd day tomatoes from their garden. Well-known cultural cities are fairly nearby if you have a car. But you can also travel well by train. There are also a number of lesser points: 1. It suffocates in the garden of the tiger mosquitoes. It would be nice if we had been informed about this in advance given my pregnancy. 2. If you are looking for privacy, this property is not suitable. The property is located on the property of the owner, so there is a lot of activity around the property for residents and pets. 3. The house is not equipped with a washing machine, but fortunately there are enough laundries in Arezzo.

The city of Arezzo is small but rich in history. Inhabited since Etruscan times, it has experienced the siege of the Romans and was a thriving cultural city. Among the most famous people who have lived in Arezzo we find Guido Monaco Arezzo (inventor of modern musical notation), Giorgio Vasari 1511-1574 painter and architect and historian of Italian art, Cimabue 1240-1302 Painter of which you can admire the crucifix in the Church of St. Dominic. From the province of Arezzo, you can easily reach Siena, Cortona, Florence, Assisi, Lucignano ... The province of Arezzo in the centuries has been crossed by important figures of saints, that have left a great historic track in the territory.
