A nice place to stay with a beautiful view. The cottage was well clean and pleasantly decorated down to the smallest details. Good beds, unfortunately the couch was considerably sagged. Nice area and fantastic walk.

We had a wonderful family getaway at the holiday home in Longfaye! The location is simply stunning, nestled right by the High Fens nature reserve, The kids loved exploring the nearby trails, and we even took a day trip to Reinhardstein Castle, which is just a short drive away, The bungalow was very spacious, well-furnished, and offered beautiful views of the valley, We enjoyed barbecuing in the garden in the evenings, The hosts were incredibly welcoming, and everything was clean and tidy, It truly felt like a home away from home!

Great house in the middle of nature, close to the High Fens. Excellent as a base for cycling walks. Less suitable if you are looking for entertainment. 6 people can, but two rooms have some doubters as beds - keep that in mind. A car is useful for shopping and restaurants.

The house is beautifully situated, really wonderful views.The's so wonderfully quiet you can hear the birds really enjoy the trees. The cottage itself was fully equipped with oven to dishwasher, fireplace to relax bank. Dishes galore! When you walk the street, you walk the area of the Hautes Fagnes in. We used the car once to go shopping, but the walk is not necessary. Either way it's gorgeous hold you up and down, or vast plateau everything within walking distance! Only one thing was the second bed was a little loose and sagged in the middle which by we have solved by a crate under put beyond lovely geslapen.Echt a home to go back to.

Half an hour in advance the manager sent a text message that we were almost there and he was already waiting for us. Excellent explanation of the house, with a few words of French from me and a few words of Dutch, he succeeded. Accommodation cozy and cared for but seems to me for 6 people in terms of seating what little. Cabinets in the kitchen are very full so that you cannot store your own things properly. The crockery-good in the bar is actually unnecessary. Nice terrace with seating and sun loungers and a large, somewhat fenced garden with a panoramic view. Environment beautiful. Hours of walking through forests and peat. Nice villages in the area. Large Carrefour in Malmedy, direction Waimes and bakery in Xhoffraix. Despite bad weather and fog we had a great week.

House is in a beautiful place. But inside, almost everything turned out to be dirty. Owner was difficult about new cleaning. While additional costs are high. 6 euros p.n.p.p., 12 per day for 'service'. We have to pay for 6 beds bedding, while there are two of us. And so 75 euros for a cleaning that has not taken place. Too bad, because that spoils our pleasure for this beautiful area.

The view is fantastic, beautiful terrace too. Location is very nice and groen.Huisje is atmospheric, good drawing fireplace. Fine cuisine with a good oven but no oven trays! Showering can be very short, too small boiler.Daarom we had found the house more suitable for four people than 6.Heerlijke week !!

We found this very nice house. To do a nice walk straight from the cottage with young children who can climb. Woof Woof (hug our youngest of 4) we had forgotten but was nicely readjusted by post. What particularly attentive.

A larger boiler.Na showering five minutes, no more hot water, you have 2 hours wachten.Voor the rest nothing but lof.Malmedy is a nice town, good food, get in Roberville.En hours and hours walking struinen.Sochtends bread in the woods, along riviertjes.Hond it, and go.

In the last week of July 2014 we rented the cottage. The cottage is beautifully situated on the edge of a very extensive and beautiful nature (Hog Fens). this makes it possible to take from the cottage, very elaborate and long walks but also a short walk is possible.The view is exquisite and the garden is all day in the sun. Because there are only fields on the garden side are this is also very private. The cottage itself is practically furnished with three bedrooms and a opan kitchen adjacent to the living room. The kitchen has the right equipment (oven, microwave, induction hob) and crockery is abundant and only the number of pans is somewhat limited. Due to the large sliding glass doors and the beautiful new deck, walk easily into the garden, where some relaxing garden chairs to enjoy the sun., And the view Ge-bbqed can also be fine. We enjoyed a few fine days in High Venen.Het cottage is certainly not bad, with a very nice view, and when we were there it was very quiet.The cottage is a bit small (even for us and we were only are two), and there was a lamp too low in a central location in the (otherwise also rather small) kitchen, so I got my head more than ten times beaten less than four days, We were there four nights during a period of frost in winter, and were afterwards an astonishing high electricity bills presented, deducted from the deposit returned. Upon arrival, no readings were incidentally noted (we realized when the reception lady was left again), and departure nor we had / mochtend simply key in the mailbox throwing and leave.
