Quietly situated house with panoramic view. Playground next to the house, nice for smaller children. Large enclosed garden. House itself is very practical with spacious spaces. Very practical for families with children or a group of friends. Bathroom then perhaps on the small side and also only 1 toilet in the bathroom itself. The house is simple in layout and facilities, but everything is there, including a cozy stove .

We were a group of friends and found the accommodation perfect for our needs, The three bedrooms provided ample space, and the outdoor terrace was great for barbecuing, Just a short distance from the Ourthe made it even better!

very quiet house, close to everything with a car for any shop, delhaize, okay and mini market, street a little further away super tasty food in the chip shop next to mini market ... unfortunately garden not fenced for dog, and the TV is super small, cutlery is minimal and older and microwave dish is not appropriate but especially beautiful view, critters outside that you can view close, easy to find.

Positive memory. Quiet location, clean holiday home with private parking. Reception was in Somme-Leuze, kindly received and correct. At 10 km from Durbuy approximately for an outing. (near the bridge). Also done a walk in the forest of Grand Eneille, which is close by. Interesting is also the shop about 1 km away, where you will find everything you need for a stay and the service is very friendly. wifi reception was not really good and there was no bath or shower provided, it is best to also bring a serrated knife to cut meat or bread with (knives are blunt) and there are only small bags. On TV you could go to one and also canvas look.

Good reception. Everything was explained clearly to us; especially now in corona times. The cottage is very quiet with a beautiful view of the meadows. It radiated calm. The chalet is comfortable in terms of kitchen, living room and bedroom. Only the bathroom is a bit small, especially if 6 people were to stay there. it certainly needs a new facelift (wear of the bath - shower tap is a bit too low). The sink is a bit small to place bath accessories. Also noticed that in one bedroom and children's room there is no place to put your clothes (only for hanging) TV - CD player and DVD was provided. At 900 meters there is a shop (mini market) and a chip shop; well located along a busy road. The immediate surroundings are not so wooded, but there are beautiful panoramic views. About 10 minutes by car and you can make beautiful walks. The Ourthe flows at about 900 meters. However, no restaurants or brasseries in the area. To do that, you have to move to Durbuy - Marche and Famenne- Hotton - Barvaux (15 minutes by car). We enjoyed the peace and the many walks.

A relaxing, peaceful stay in a pleasant corner at the crossroads of the province of Namur and that of Luxembourg. A nice surprise to discover the farm at the back of the accommodation and a green and calm environment. The garden and the terrace give a beautiful environment to the accommodation. It consists of the necessary for a good stay.

The cottage was neat and comfortable for 2 of us, but if you are 6 people, there is just enough crockery for 1 meal. The BBC was left very dirty. The tube at the bottom was even full of ash. There are some minor refurbishments to do. But otherwise we had a nice holiday.

The cottage has a good location and is cozy when entering, the 1st view makes you happy, also sitting outside is very cozy. However, the hygiene was anything but, if this could be better monitored and a ladder could be placed next to the bunk bed, I might still recommend it. The soundproofing also a big downer.

the house is quite old and badly maintained: a French window is screwed to the frame because it is half broken, the furniture is dirty, the bedding is very average, the crockery and household appliances are in a pitiful state (for example, the oven microwave dates from the 80s and the accessories that allow it to work are broken or have melted). The rural environment is very friendly and calm. Very nice location

When we entered the house it smelled very musty. It hadn't been cleaned properly and several things were broken. Like kitchen cabinet handle, (and it hurt me). The door of the freezer compartment was not in it. Lamp hood. Handle chamber cabinet. DVD player. Hook bathroom. . After reporting by email, she responded with we're going to pick it up. We didn't notice that! Then during our stay they replaced the power meter without informing us, we were gone. You get a whole list of costs if you do not clean something properly, cleaning cloths were not there, oh yes, a very dirty one in the kitchen cupboard. And several windows could not be tilted, such as the bedroom window. It gave an unpleasant unwelcome impression. We will never come back here.

- Defective wood stove (chimney clogged) => overconsumption of gas - Chairs damaged - Light fixtures furnished with spider webs - WiFi router not very powerful and not locatable - Lack of inventory of kitchen utensils - Teapots without cover - Handles broken drawer - Unsuitable microwave glass top - No drainer - No kitchen linen (pot holder, dishcloth, sponge) - Bathroom fittings in poor condition - Bulbs missing, a bedside lamp working but broken and another not working - Too thin walls between the rooms + creaking doors - The advertised "animal farm" consisted of 8 ostriches and that's it, far from the diversity of the photos. In short, too expensive for what was promised and what we got.

Nice cottage and surroundings. Some downsides no ladder for the bunk bed, dirty dishes in the cupboard, dirty bbq and a cobweb here and there. For everything else was ok. There is much to do (kayaking) in the area, but this is not walkable.

We were pleasantly surprised by the location and especially the value of the petting zoo. The less good weather was really offset by the experience of the children and therefore for the rest onszelf.De environment, the proximity of Durbuy, have revealed some wonderful places for ons.Het welcome at Relay Ardennes was friendly and professional, in quite hectic conditions. Kudos!

Children's playground farmhouse and were very popular with our daughters (9, 8 and 3), quiet area fell in our taste. You will have the best car with the kids in the ourthe to play or nice walk in the forest to make because that is not right. If adults can stay from it fine rides.

Bungalow in Belgium near Ourthe River
This bungalow is completely on one floor and is located on a large plot in a quiet neighborhood. Inside you can make it nice and cozy with the wood stove. The house has 3 bedrooms for 6 people: ideal for a large family or friends traveling together. The house is located 500 m from the Ourthe and the village center. In the summer you can use the specially constructed beach and the sunbathing lawn. You can also launch canoes there. There is a lot of flora and fauna to discover in the area. Enjoy the woods, mushrooms and wildlife. Outside on the terrace you can take a seat at the barbecue and enjoy a pleasant evening. The garden is mostly covered with grass.At the house there is a playground where the children can have fun for hours.There is a parking space at the house.
