Very welcoming received. Delicious that the beds are made up. Nice old house and everything you need is there. Great if you like peace and space and absolute silence. Away from the life of all day. The description on the site exactly matches what we found. We enjoyed it!

Wonderful away from the civilized world, peace, only crickets as neighbors. The access road is very bad, but this may contribute to peace. The house itself is comfortable and spacious, without unnecessary luxury. We will definitely return!

This historic holiday home is a whole vibe, Super chill with nature all around, and the garden is perfect for those aesthetic pics, Plus, having the option to bring pets is a major win, Totally recommend checking out Cahors nearby for some culture and cute cafés, 10/10 would visit again

We were very kindly welcomed by our hostess. The accomodation was in true French style, quite quiet on the outside. It was also a good base for walks and the surrounding area. We enjoyed the rest and were also pleasantly surprised because we were invited in the last week for an aperitif at the hostess at home. The locals were also very friendly and inviting .A really recommend who loves rest and walk !!

Gasrvrij provided with a bunch of sunflowers and bottle of wine. An authentic French house but adapted so that you can stay enjoyable. A remote, quiet place, very beautiful landscape with many hiking opportunities. Montcuq is a nice place with a very good offers swimming (nice plan d 'eau). The access to the house (850 meters) was poorly related to heavy rainfall in the spring, Mrs. Yvette Baffalie is a great hostess. Ate a delicious pizza at l 'Ecole St. Daunes, definitely recommended. Enough beautiful places nearby to visit (among others Cahors and Moissac) .overall had a great holiday.

A simple but fine house in a beautiful location. Peace and quiet, but also close to the inhabited world for groceries and restaurants. Unfortunately, after a few days, the water pump broke down, which could not be repaired quickly. There was no alternative available, which forced us to cut our vacation short. This was certainly not the owner's fault, who truly tried everything to salvage our vacation. We definitely want to return again.

Great location. The peace and quiet allow you to experience nature in all its glory! The immediate surroundings are worth visiting, and the lake with its beautiful beach provides the necessary refreshment in the summer! The only downside is that the beds are in poor condition.

A simple and nice house, a nice quiet surroundings, charming owners, a beautiful garden \/ field but invaded by mice at the "outside as the" inside. These non-fearful animals were everywhere in the house, the bathroom, the toilet, and climbed on the bed at night. They ate bread, bun, fruit and even tea bags and capsules café.Nous came home tired and disappointed.

We had 14 very pleasant days in this part of France and in and around this beautiful house. For those seeking peace and a place surrounded by nature this is the place! We enjoyed the vast space around the house, there is always a nice spot in the sun, and when it gets too hot in the shade. The house itself is simple, but well equipped, very spacious, excellent beds, the thick walls, delicious koel.In the immediate vicinity is a lot of natural beauty to admire deer, many species of beautiful butterflies, owls, black kites, unusual insects , wood mice, salamanders in the old well in front of the house, nightjars and bats that give at dusk beautiful air shows. What is also great is that here there is no light pollution, you can clear weather here in the Milky zien.Verder there are many fun and pretty medieval towns in the area, there are caves and 5 km from the house a beautiful lake. In short, this house is highly recommended!

Les Fontanelles is the epitome of French pleasure. It is a characteristic and robust French country house in which everything is in place for spending a holiday full of peace and unspoiled nature. It lies on the border of lovely valleys and rugged and desolate plateau. You can walk in any direction directly from the house. The owner seems to be no way the bias over the French she is not aloof or arrogant but rather warm, interested and very helpful. Though she talks a lot and soon she remains very clear and they give you all the information about the area and the history of the house and the area. In short, for a very reasonable price you have a wonderful holiday.

Lovely spot. Only natural sounds, an occasional tractor after. Plenty to do in the area. Quaint villages, beautiful scenery, but also the space museum in Toulouse is a must (also for children). And a very enthusiastic and welcoming landlady. In short, great trip!

We came for peace and quiet and there is plenty. The house is secluded, the nearest neighbors are 3 miles away. The house is old, with nice authentic details, otherwise very basic but adequate. It has everything you need. The area around the house is fantastic! A huge area where our son and two dogs could go their own way. The hammock was lying along herein and looked out over the valley and the setting sun. From the house there are many walks in the immediate vicinity. Do not forget to bring a good map. Furthermore, we also drove a bit to walk somewhere else. The area has pleasantly surprised us. Beautiful hills, cool forests and fields full of sunflowers.

"Les Fontanelles" is a very well kept secret! After just a few seconds we were all agree the pictures on the website do not do justice to the property. We knew the comfort of living in this rugged farmhouse would be very simple yet we were pleasantly surprised at the spacious bedrooms, the bathroom clean and cozy living space. But it was the stunning environment that did happen. Us to breathe The vast domain (and the lovely sunshine) invited to a state of permanent outdoors ... and that we have done to his heart petanque, badminton, splash pools, adventure walks, reading books, glass bubbles and grilling on the BBQ. Because we found it sin too often have to leave our haven of peace, the number of scheduled day trips was drastically reduced. Were does the program Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, Puy L'Eveque, Catus and Cahors. The beautiful Montcuq (8 min Bagat-en-Quercy), we have visited several times Sunday and Thursday market, medieval tower, blissful lake, large Carrefour, .... Our wild plans for a day trip to Carcassonne, we unfortunately have to let go, as well as many other planned outings to Rocamadour, Lauzerte, Luzech, Payssac ... living in and around "Les Fontanelles" turned

Les Fontanelles is an exceptionally beautiful location to spend as a family. You have the peace and tranquility. The garden is beautiful and huge, (you can hardly know where to stop, there is much ground to the cottage). For children a paradise. (All places to hide you, haha) The cottage itself is basic but very authentic and cozy. The only downside is that you might be somewhat afstandjes must travel to beautiful villages to visit etc. (approx. 40 min to 1 hour), but found that we did not mind, because there is also a swimming lake at 5km and when the whole morning things are going to visit and indeed sometimes in the car should sit (on beautiful trails!!), it is wonderful to be around 15h in the lake to dive! Super gewoon.Het has become an unforgettable journey. Mrs. Bafallie (and family) are extremely friendly. She does everything she can to a great trip to deliver, without being intrusive. Her granddaughter Maïeva has won a special place in my heart girls, I would "Les Fontanelles" to anyone and I would definitely come back! Fantastic!!!
