Framed by the Dachstein massif, with the Gosaukamm, Bischofsmütze ("Salzburg Dolomites"), and Tennengebirge mountains, it lies in the heart of the ski area with 70 lifts, 160 km of fantastic slopes, 14 "fun slopes," and freeride snow and fun parks; 215 km of cross-country ski trails, some with floodlights. The house is located approximately 80 meters from the ski slope.
