Very nice environment, ideal for hiking. The house with its large fireplace exudes cosiness. The furniture is getting old. Unfortunately only a tub no shower but 2 toilets.

Atmospheric, large house in a beautiful location. Lots to do in the area and perfect for nature lovers. Shops not very close but easy to reach by car. Hygiene could be better, and I was also shocked by the high energy bill afterwards. So afterwards a mixed feeling. The costs could be better inclusive.

The house is easily accessible and well located. Beautiful nature, activities for children, cozy Coo all within walking distance. Friendly reception. Spacious terrace. The size of the house and the fireplace are an asset. The interior is cozy but very outdated: seats, cupboards, carpeting, tablecloths are all worn or damaged to a greater or lesser extent. Some rooms have a persistent, unpleasant odor. The shower can only be used while sitting in the bath. Old TV with only French channels. The kitchen is well equipped with equipment. No smoke detectors in the house?

The last references date from several years ago. We have stayed here the weekend of January 6, 2017 but unfortunately we have to conclude that there is nothing better is.Het is quite charming spacious house with beautiful loft and absolutely impressive colossal fireplace but keeps it on. The approximately 100-meter-long trail that leads up to the house is now so pitifully bad that even our four wheel drive SUV could make it with very great difficulty, after 3 attempts !. A normal car can absolutely impossible to reach the house! That means that 100 meters must be walked up with bagage.Het rattling female who is friendly but difficult to talk to, there andis. The stove had to put them so that was quite prima.Dan the interior, oh quite dated and worthless but that was already known, it functioned and looks cozy and the beds are OK. The shower has a hose of 50 cm so you just sitting in a bath you can rinse it under a drizzle trickle. Kitchen and bathroom, but actually everything is from 1975 when the house was built. The condition is just very poor, mortal sin for as "n nicely situated home.The downstairs toilet stinks terribly badly, so much so that you have to shut the doors to the lounge and kitchen. Seems to me very healthy for as long in too stay. He also washes badly and by the pot los.En yes, we ran into a weird final settlement vwb heating costs and in fact I see as the biggest problem. A house with a lot of potential; a beautiful fireplace, beautiful loft, lots of space and a good location near the Coo waterfalls. But what a shame that this house is not honored. Everything is very outdated, worn out and absolutely out of date. We no longer dared to cook in the kitchen, a clean glass or pan was no longer available and we always had to swallow when using sanitary facilities. Replaced tablecloth at own expense, we still wanted to sit at a clean table. No WiFi... but we can make up for that with a fun game of cards. Very high energy costs afterwards and a sky-high deposit. Belvilla, assess this house critically again, because price-quality ratio is now very hard to find!

It is quite a nice house in a nice location, but it has never been maintained and it is terribly dirty and paid €400 in extra costs for 2 weeks in the summer, hardly showered. The least bad: broken TV and no wifi. Everything is broken, dusty, sticky. you can't shower there: you can't hang the shower, have to hold it at navel height, then almost no water comes out, you have to stand in the bath to shower, there was grease in it from previous people. Cobwebs everywhere. Benches and chairs sagged, dirty worn rugs everywhere with stains in them. Owner is a narcissist. She made me send photos for the insurance of trees and made us water the plants. Now that I find out that she charges €400 for 2 weeks where we hardly used anything in that house I am very angry and am going to file a complaint.

I will not spend too much time on them, but the room (quite large) and the huge fireplace are really the only two positives. The house is in deplorable condition. The bank is not to sit on and the kitchen is falling apart. There is throughout the house, we think we found nothing that was purchased after 1975, except maybe the dishwasher. It was also a pleasant stay, but especially the price-quality ratio is really outrageous and I am also Belvilla blame.

We are a company of 10 people in this house and have been old and new celebrated. Already on arrival we were surprised by a French rap talking Mrs. (cleaning lady) who took the deposit receipt and give us a meter form showed signs. We got the gauges NOT to see because the owner had it completed and the cleaning woman had no access to the meters. Not to ruin the atmosphere we take this for granted, obviously a stupid move. On departure we were, of course, to see the gauges and you guessed it, we were quite lifted with heating and electricity. Very amazing because we had taken because it was not possible to indicate the amount of a timber package. Nearly two cubic meters of firewood itself Eventually I got almost 100 euros for my deposit back, but I got after 4 emails Belvilla direction and sending the afrekenformulier the owner & quotzogenaamd "was lost. This complaint is currently with Belvilla yet. Then the house, is beautifully nestled in the woods and has a good atmosphere and nice layout of rooms and living room with a beautiful fireplace. The house is spacious with large loft room and old-fashioned fireplace. However, the final stretch of the access road (dirt road with potholes and sloping) is poor and with difficulty one can reach the house. Some 1 pers. mattresses were renovated, the 2-personns are in dire need of replacement. Similarly the blankets. Audio app. with instructions and was even purchased by Napoleon. Shower hose is leaking from all sides. The total furniture is corny but partly belongs to the charm of this cozy house anyway

In the hall and around the house smelled really looking sewerage, sorry! Not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Upon arrival, the location of the house was unclear, you had a dead end and could not park the car for the house, the road was much too steep and full of bumps! We had to lug our luggage. Upon arrival, a strange but nice woman who spoke only French and Dutch a single word, she kept chatting! Furthermore, a beautiful house in the woods, plenty of space and cozy. On the beds may be called something done, they were very uncomfortable! The shower is not nothing, no shower curtain and no standard for the shower. COO is a nice village, beautiful waterfalls and good food at restaurant le Baron.

The house is perfectly hidden (privacy and tranquility!) In the edge of the forest, but very close to the waterfalls of Coo. The house is very spacious small kitchen with ample cooking space but a very large room with plenty of seating more than compensates for that. Bedrooms are sufficient, but some beds are just bad. Also, there is not much storage space available. The house is clean, on sticky kitchen cabinets after ... There is no garden because the house on slope, but by the great environment you do not miss that. (But football or tennis in the garden is not there, or barbecuing.) The setting is stunning Ardennes have plenty to offer. Also nearby are plenty of activities. Canoeing on the river you should really do. In short, lots of space, privacy and tranquility. And a couple of hiccups. Hence Good but ...

'm with my kids (15 and 19) and my friend was a weekend my girlfriend with her boyfriend in the cottage. We were welcomed by a rap french lady talking. Sweet person but to get). No stick between The cottage was great, lovely fireplace (unfortunately we had rainy weather). A lovely and cozy house with more than enough space for seven of us. The beds were just bad, I can have nothing better to do unfortunately. Highly recommended. Near Coo zn beautiful forests

Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb von den anderen Gebäuden. Bei nassem Wetter ist ein 4x4 nicht ganz überflüssig. Das Haus ist groß und hat vier geräumige Schlafzimmer mit guten Betten (mit Ausnahme von einem Schlafzimmer .....). Die Einrichtung ist veraltet (1980), aber komplett und in gutem Zustand. Der Kamin ist groß. Schade, dass der Eigentümer nicht zur Verfügung genug Holz /. In dem Dorf hat das Glück, Holz zu verkaufen. Auf der Straße ist eine Aktivität im Freien Organisation in einem kleinen Café. Bep Besitzer ist Holländer und lebt seit über 20 Jahren in den Ardennen. Sie kennt die Gegend, hat große (essen) Tipps, ein schönes Café und organisierte Outdoor-Aktivitäten für jedermann (Kanu zu steigen). Unverschämt ist die Kaution, die in bar bezahlt werden muss und ist höher als die gesamte Miete für das Wochenende .... nach 4 Wochen von dieser, haben wir nicht wieder hin!

we had this house in a week of bad weather, but because the house is quite large, it does not matter much to be inside. the house and the furniture is a bit dated, but therefore has a cozy atmosphere, especially with the large fireplace. in the vicinity are many fun things to do and the large terrace which is surrounded by trees is lovely, the house sits on a hillside at the edge of the forest, so there is not much to this house capability for ballgame.
