We were received very friendly by the owners. It is a fantastic location with an atmosphere decorated house. Others would say dated we really liked it old fashioned. Sit outside in different places. The house is centrally located and you can go in all directions. Enter Grombichlweg on the navigation.

We have two wonderfully relaxed vacation weeks in the cozy holiday house spent. The holiday in a 4-star-accommodation with Remmi-Demmi want, is here wrong place. The house is very cozy (maybe a bit much frills - but did not Disturbed) and ideal for someone on holiday the absolute peace. The size of the property is completely fenced and therefore it was ideal for our dog. There is a beautiful hiking path directly at the house and one is more or less undisturbed. The house itself is clean and tidy and comfortably furnished. The numerous seating areas in the garden are arranged in such a way that you have almost the whole day sun. What is missing are deck chairs - then it would be perfect. The available garden chairs were also comfortable. The view is definitely fantastic and the small veranda is in the morning beautiful in the sun, so that a breakfast in the outdoor nothing stands in the way (we made every day, even in bad weather) .Man Is definitely dependent on the car, since there is unfortunately no shopping possibility in Karrösten (please change it in the object description). For shopping you have to drive 4 km to Imst. There you can find everything you need and also the gastromnomie there is very good. Also the environment has much to offer and one can make nice excursions. In the Ptztal, Ötztal and Kaunertal. The landlady couple is very friendly and gave us on arrival with all necessary information provided. All in all, it was a very nice holiday - even if the weather could have been a bit better.

The cottage was neat but not yet in order due to wrong information via Belvilla? There was also some cramping because we were present fifteen minutes before time (after 11 hours travel time). Since the rooms are quite small, it is more like a house for 2 people and possibly 1 child. We were 4 people but then it is too small. Garden large enough also in combination with a dog. We had a lot of problems with wasps (also indoors)

Overall a cluttered impression, as the land is littered with nonfunctional solar lights and the outdoor furniture have not been cleared, but cozy inside thanks stove. Partly semi-professional electrical installations and the wallpaper detaches from the wall. Bathroom, towels and linens were clean. Difficult Einfart, unsuitable for vehicles with low ground clearance. To make matters because no light at the entrance and the access to the cabin. This should be repaired by a qualified electrician, but unfortunately did not take place during our stay. We come for years in the village Karrösten and have been with different providers. Unfortunately, now lets no one except these people. They live in Innsbruck and there are only reception, so you have nothing to do with them, no further problem. The property is in our opinion the most beautiful view of the village and is peacefully located. No problems (above / below) neighbors because the house stands alone. Prima drive path to the car ('s) lost to. However interior smells enormous musty against stink in. Even for hours every day leave the door open gets this terrible. Probably all stuffed animals. The house is cramped for more then 2 people. Shower very small but satisfactory. The quality of the interior is very basic. There is no central heating, so on cold nights should be fired through the oven stove wood. The cottage was very filthy lying around a thick layer of dust and lots of rag on the walls, we had to clean because of the rag. bedroom first vacuum was not present (definitely needed a dog) kettle, potato peeler, and a pair of scissors was not present. outside it looked good, nice garden, a lot of bugs related fruit trees and shrubs of the owner, they are cozy stop by after a week to prune everything and cut, so did the hives are not beaten, you could have imagine what happened.

The house is in and of itself is fine, but the mattresses are super soft, not suitable for people with back problems. The view is amazing, the location on a slope fantastically, but for people who are plagued by mosquitoes and gnats, a true nightmare. Even sitting outdoors eating should be avoided if possible, because the animals are simply everywhere. Haus Singer is very nice and quiet location on a hillside with fantastic uitzicht.Zorg you're there before dark, because even with GPS will not immediately find. A wonderful cozy cottage in a beautiful alpine setting with exceptional views. The reception by the owners is very warm and you feel immediately at home on arrival. From the cottage are sturdy and beautiful walks (car) trips in the immediate vicinity. However, the best of all is to enjoy doing nothing and enjoying the tranquility and the view. This residence is certainly in our opinion, worth repeating.
