We have just returned from a five week stay at Chalet Trattenbach in Wald im Pinzgau; we had a wonderful time in this beautiful chalet - it is spacious, clean, well appointed and perfectly located for a "ski touring" vacation with a car. We were able to drive to the local Wildkogel Ski area and also there are nearby links into the Kitzbuhel Ski area (via Hollersbach) and the Zillertal Arena (via HochKrimml). The views from the large windows at the chalet to the mountains across the valley are stunning. The owner and local warden were very helpful; the paths were kept clear of snow on a daily basis. The covered garage and ski / boot room which serve the development were also welcome. All in all, a wonderful place to stay.

Great Location just 10-15 minutes drive from KitzSki Zillertal Area. Beautiful House with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms ,1 wc and Sauna. Great Living room. Everything was very comfortable. Big Parking.

We were in winter and it was very warm inside. I can recomend this house to everyone.

One thing which was not mentioned, is that you need to bring your own toilet paper.When we arrived there was not even 1 roll.

We had a very nice stay in the house. The open living area with the view is a dream. Everything we needed was there and it was clean. There are enough parking spaces in front of the accommodation and the key box at the house made check-in super easy and flexible. A supermarket is within walking distance. We were more than satisfied with both the house and the area. We will certainly come back.

The house is super clean and very well maintained! Parking is directly in front of the house, so you can clear your stuff directly into the house! Ski areas are many good nearby and shopping too!
