It features a cozy living room with a Smart TV and three bedrooms two with two single box-spring beds, which can be arranged separately or together, and one with a bunk bed. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, and there is a separate toilet for added convenience. While pets are not allowed, families are welcome, though a cot must be placed in the living area. Parking is available in the central lot near the chalet.

Due to a fire in the wellness center at Roompot Hof Domburg, the swimming pool, bowling alley, and wellness facilities (De Parel) are currently closed.
