The apartment was fantastic as it was near the subway, eateries, bakery, and supermarkets, I enjoyed gazing out the window at the hustle and bustle, I was concerned about potential noise at night, but with the windows shut, all the noise was eliminated, We will certainly revisit this place,

Really great location, right across from the Metro station, There's a tiny grocery store downstairs and plenty of other stores and bakeries within walking distance, The apartment is a bit small for 3 people but it suited us perfectly for our stay, Thanks! We'd definitely come back :)

I had a wonderful experience staying in this apartment, It is located right in front of the Metro station, making it extremely convenient for those with luggage or early morning departures, The location is fantastic with two supermarkets just downstairs, one of which is open until 2 am, There are also two bars and a lovely bakery across the street, perfect for grabbing breakfast, The check-in process was quick and easy thanks to Joffrey's detailed instructions, Once inside, the apartment was immaculate, well-equipped, and even had complimentary coffee capsules, The highlight for me was the incredibly comfortable mattress, I highly recommend this accommodation, Despite being slightly delayed for check-out, Joffrey was very understanding and allowed me extra time to pack, Overall, a fantastic stay,

Extremely convenient location, right in front of the subway station, bakery, and small grocery store, Within walking distance to the bus stop, Beautiful contemporary interior, well-stocked with amenities such as a television, kitchen utensils, shower products, pots, and pans, and more, One queen-sized bed and a sofa bed, Appears to be recently renovated, Attentive owner, Downsides included a slightly dusty bedroom, hair left in the shower, and noisy neighbors partying loudly around 3 am,,, the unit was chilly even with the heater on, hot water ran out quickly and turned cold, requiring about an hour wait to become available again, I'm unsure why, but I had to fill out a separate online form apart from CheckMyGuest for check-in,

This apartment is perfectly situated near the metro, with plenty of grocery stores and dining options close by, It's a peaceful neighborhood, and the windows do a great job of keeping out noise, I appreciated having the toilet and shower in separate spaces, The heating system works well, allowing for comfortable temperatures, The key pickup instructions were clear and easy to follow,

The best part of this apartment is definitely its location! There's an amazing bakery right across the street that serves the most delicious sourdough, Plus, the metro and a shop are conveniently nearby, The main bed is super comfy, and the kitchen and bathroom are both well-equipped, The heating system worked perfectly, and there are extra electric heaters available too,

My partner and I enjoyed our stay, the apartment is lovely and comfortable, but we think it may be a bit cramped for more than two people, Some drawbacks include the occasional noise from the metro passing underneath, as well as some moldy areas in the shower, Additionally, the location is a bit distant from the city center if you don't rely on the metro - but if you do, it's convenient as the station is right nearby, Overall, it's a good deal for the price,

Jeffrey's flat was spotless and just as described, The check-in process was simple and the communication was excellent, The noise level was a bit high, but that's to be expected in the heart of Paris, The location right next to the metro station made it very convenient to travel around,

The apartment, although small, is cozy and comfortable. We found it very clean. If I had to be picky, I would say they could provide a few more dishes since we chose the apartment rather than a hotel to have the option to cook our dinner. There is just one pot and one pan; they lack placemats, a kitchen towel to dry our hands, and at least one salad bowl (which we now have because we bought them and left them available, both the placemats and the salad bowl). Other than that, we had a great time :)
