AMAZING LOCATION! Take metro 6 from his place and admire the stunning Eiffel Tower on the train (many tourists - like me - will be dazzled by this), You can even stroll to the Eiffel Tower from his place, In the evening, stand in front of the nearby Italian restaurant to catch a glimpse of the top of the Eiffel Tower! Near his place, there's a delightful Chinese restaurant serving delicious Thai Chicken and Fried Rice, You'll also find an acclaimed bakery on the corner offering a fantastic croissant for only 1,4 Euros, If you're in need of cheese and butter, there's a store close by, Our family even returned to his place in the middle of the day before continuing our journey,

It was absolutely stunning! The train station was so conveniently located, with a Carrefour just around the corner and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby! A 10-minute walk would lead you to the magnificent Eiffel Tower!!! The accommodation was impeccably clean and cozy! We felt like we belonged, Thanks a lot Joffrey!

The apartment was mostly as described and in the pictures, but it is a little worn and could do with a few renovations here and there. The facilities were adequate and our stay was pleasant. It is quiet at night and there is enough space. However, you should be aware that the entrance door leads directly into the living room and you are on the ground floor, so you cannot ventilate this room as you have to open the door directly onto the street. (There is a fan though.) There is another door to the adjoining staircase, which could be quite loud if there are people there. To get rid of the smell in the bathroom, you can ventilate it constantly. The window leads to an inner courtyard and is secured. All in all, I would recommend the accommodation, especially because of the location and the value for money in Paris. You just have to be prepared to come to terms with a few things.

Wonderful experience, only spent a couple of nights in Paris, It was conveniently located near all the attractions, including the Eiffel Tower, I opted for early check-in but unfortunately didn't receive it, Still waiting for the refund, Ended up waiting outside for more than an hour as they were supposedly still cleaning the place,
