as the first guests after the Coronalockdown we were very welcome, even though it was at an hour other than the normal arrival time. Everything in perfect order and the beautiful garden and garden furniture invitingly prepared with self-cooled wine and beer in the fridge. Incredible to discover both in the garden and in the cupboards to find a lot of distraction in bad weather, both for children and adults. In the village starting point of beautiful signposted walk, in short, we like to come back.

Charming historic house with beautiful garden. The new owner is very hospitable. She speaks French, but also understands German and Dutch. On arrival there was beer, wine and apple juice in the fridge and the fire was already lit. Walnuts and biscuits lay in the living room. The house was stylishly brought into the Christmas atmosphere both inside and out. Many games, craft materials and books available in the home. My children enjoyed the foosball game very much. Spacious equipment of the kitchen. Different types of soaps in the washbasins. Too bad that the sewerage of the toilet stinks downstairs. We have talked about it and it will soon be looked at. In and around the house there are several places where you can be fired (also outside under the roof). We have made nice trips to Chateau Reinhardstein and Parc Naturel des Hautes Fagnes. The visit to Baugnez 44 Historical Center was impressive. We bought oliebollen at the Christmas market in Malmédy. Overall a wonderful stay.

Beautiful older style, nostalgia with all the comforts and a garden that makes you happy. A minus for the elderly and less mobile persons are the stairs. Very friendly welcome, with a beer and a bottle of wine in the fridge. We are certainly satisfied.

The arrival was very nice. A bottle of wine and two local beers in the fridge and when the owner saw that we had children, she filled the fridge with three fruit drinks. Very warm reception. The accommodation is very atmospheric. Beautiful light kitchen overlooking the huge garden. Da garden is really amazing! Nice, large playgrounds for the children and different seats. Lake Robertville near and beautiful mountain biking parcours. Top week!

Very welcome received by the owner speaks mainly French, but very well doing its best to make himself understood also in English, she does better than she seems to find itself. ) Cottage was incredibly attractive and the garden beautiful. Owner lives with mother in the same building, but completely different driveway and entrance, so no bother. Area was also superb. Great walks within fifteen minutes away and many interesting towns within reach. In Germany (Monschau) way. Owner did not childish about the firewood so used. Total no cost afterwards so. Very nice feeling that if you have to go home until you're sorry. Fantastic holiday!

What a great house. Unfortunately we were only here for a weekend, would have loved to stay a little longer. You look out your eyes in the house, so much to see. Very spacious living and dining room and kitchen. It is fully equipped. And what a fantastic garden!!! We would like to come back again.

We stay from Christmas to New Years 2016 in this house. The owner gad the house decked with fairy lights and both inside and outside everything into fairytale Christmas star. They had lit dozens of candles on our arrival which arrive here was almost magical. The house is very nice cozy (but large) and everything is there to have a wonderful holiday. Many toys and stuff for kids, a lovely spacious garden with covered terrace and fireplace. The setting is lovely. We will definitely return!

The apartment is spacious and neat. Everything we needed was there! The property is less than 8 km from Malmedy. In winter period, not much to do. However highly recommended in summer! Beautiful garden in beautiful surroundings

Very cozy cottage with good location, very complete equipment and beautiful garden, BUT NOT DETACHED !! The owner not only lives next to the cottage, but actually under the same roof. This is therefore not a detached holiday home, but a semi-open construction. Had we known this, we would not have chosen this one. Sorry but somewhat misleading.

We had a wonderful holiday here with our children. The house was equipped with lots of extra 's like stocked game closet for the kids, outdoor toys, playhouse, slide, lap pool, swing. The kitchen was more than complete, with all sorts of additional devices (fondue, gourmet, egg cooker, etc), welcome drink , spices, cleaning products. the house has a fantastic well maintained garden with stunning views and lent itself to hide and relax. it has surpassed our expectations and we can recommend it wholeheartedly.

We were warmly welcomed by the householder. The fire was already lit and the bottle of wine was tewachten for us in the fridge. After an extensive tour we were able to give our eyes a living. Our first impression was the feeling of being in Bokrijk, but with all the modern comfort! Really fantastic! Each room was fine. The beds were blissful. The garden is beautiful and well maintained. Children can really here ophalen.Wat their heart for the environment within driving distance and a department store within walking distance bakker.Qua a nice movement and activity there is something for us wils.Voor a mega fantastic first experience in the Ardennes. We have a very nice weekend polite in this traditional Ardennes house in Ligneuville. The reception was very welcoming, the house is very cozy and everything needed was available. Due to the bad weather we have really only able to look at the beautiful garden. Like to come back again in the spring.

Arrived Friday night around 17h, very kindly received by Mr. Feyen. The house was already pleasantly warm fireplace was already created. Saturday we went to all of us to Stavelot museum done and visited abbey, as well as a nice dinner in Durbuy. Sunday long walk with us all, against the evening home. Successful weekend.
