We had a wonderful stay at the farmhouse in Brisy! The space was perfect for our group of friends, and we loved the cozy living room with the fireplace, The sauna was a fantastic addition after a long day of hiking in the nearby forest, Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

The location of the house is the greatest asset, beautiful view and good environment for walking. Also inside is the cottage in good order with fireplace and welness. The large interconnected living space is fun if you are happy with the whole group. The owner is very friendly and correct, but sometimes a bit suspicious.

Property was well maintained. Spacious and have plenty of conveniences, except for some broken water taps. Ideal for kids with small stream of water fun, lots of playground and away from the streets and almost no traffic. Speelbos in immediate vicinity. Smooth owner. No abnormal observations ... except the cost imposed Belvilla ... sorry but will be taken to any future reservation ...

At the beginning of October, the family went to Gouvy to spend a pleasant weekend. In advance, we thought so. Upon arrival, after long search (!), The owner was present, friendly man who made an effort to make himself understandable in Dutch. At first sight at the house everything seemed to be in order and ok but nothing was less true. To begin with, there was to be paid for the "wellness", this information apparently appears under "homeowner's tips". But for the price we had paid, the "wellness" should be available. The cottage is rented for a capacity of 20 people. We were with 20. The living room offers only 14 places, not enough to sit in the seat with zen. Unfortunately, there were only 16 chairs in the house. So eating together was not an option, a portion had to be left in the seat while eating, with cutlery and plate on the lap. Talking about the plates, most tasty when the foodstuffs of the previous visitors are still on the plates and when the bags are greasy and full of dust still in the closet. Degoutant! Furthermore, there was a defective swing in the garden, leaking cranes in the house. WC glasses hanging loose. And when you open the window on the bedroom upstairs (which has a double bed and 2 single beds) the window opens off the fire, because this window opens to the stove. For us, this house really matters, 1 time and never again! For the price you pay here, you'll definitely be more value for money at another location. I would only recommend this vacation to a student-and / or youth associations. If you are traveling with a somewhat larger family on vacation and need comfort and hygiene, I would rather go ahead, because you will not find it here. We recommend this property! This house (only one part of the building in the picture is rented here) is too small for 20 people, it is completely tired with old and broken furniture closets fall apart, toilet glasses are missing, toilet is loose, showers in bad state. Upon arrival there was a very smelly smell, possibly combination of oil salt, dirt and insect repellent. House is full of flies, in the bedrooms, dirty and not a good night's sleep. Playground infrastructure is worn out and dangerous swing can fall at any time, leg folded trampolineEigenaar asks extra money for waste and wellness ... and 'accidentally' made a calculation error of 100 euros in the bill. Dirty waste pot on the terrace. No brush or cleaning utensil available. Waste container was jam-packed, smelly and stood in front of the door ... There were works under way at the house during our stay ... Driveway and terrace unfinished.Owner did not hear our comments.Lovely environment.

It was poorly cleaned at entry (dessert of 2008 was still in the fridge and glass of chocolate milk in the microwave) beds were very uncomfortable! Heaps fly maddening! Very old leaflets in the house over the area ... Stove which barely works .. Swing defect and slide nearly to collapse ... The address does not match the navigation very difficult to find .. Nice quiet area, sympathetic landlord, and by the nice weather and good company still had a nice holiday!

We had a great weekend, but we found that the location of the house was very expensive compared to the cleanliness (shower with mold in which reveals a lack of cleanliness in general). We have a group of friends for a weekend cycling in the area. When it comes to cycling, the property does not matter. It was all well organized and the owner helped us well on our way. The furniture and other things are all very dated and in summer, the bursting of the flies in the house, hence the two electric lamps! A fantastic fireplace and a lovely outdoor terrace where nobody bothers you and where no one sees you. Beautiful large brazier where you can heat. Delicious With us, the owner came some old, wet, bring rotten wood. If the fire is hot fire it but it took a while (read bottle lamp oil). Tasty large fridges and a freezer. Beds are a little old but still sleep fine, the rooms are spacious. The jacuzzi is great if you're cold and wet all day rain. The mega-shower is old and what is not working quite top more. All in all had a wonderful weekend, which you will not be sitting on your lip, you have all the freedom and you can do whatever you want.

The chalet was ok for us, a gang late twenties, early thirties with a football fancied a weekend away. Considering we had especially activities outside the chalet, we were not planning to spend much time. There However, we were still told that we were only 400 deposit? 120 of the? Back because it was "too dirty". Upon our arrival, we had asked if there were cleaning products available, but that was not necessary since there? 60 vd deposit was deducted to the chalet poetsen.Uiteindelijk we unfortunately paid a lot more.
