The cottage is equipped with every comfort and extra luxury, the welcome is attentive. Football and pool table for rainy days, barbecue and large garden for sunny days. The view is beautiful! Shops are within walking distance, but it is even closer to a large forest where you can take hiking trails.

The house is very pretty. By cons, when we arrived to stay three days there and it n 'there is no garbage bag (From the town of Nadrin) It is a disappointment, because you have to buy garbage bags package for 3 bags. The environment is very beautiful. The house itself is beautiful and has some pleasant surprises. You see that there are urgently some maintenance work to be done. Some examples of controlling the temperature in the sauna is difficult because the button is broken. There are draft gaps in the sauna. The net of the pinpong tag is due for replacement. One cue from the billiard table is broken. The door of the kitchen can only be opened inside. The closet in one of the rooms does not close anymore. However, investments have been made in utilities. Example you immediately have very hot water in the bathroom. The house is quickly warmed up. That was very nice. The view from the living room is super. There is sufficient material in the kitchen. The house has many rooms which makes it big enough to stay with 6 people.

The property is beautifully situated on a ridge with a beautiful view and a short distance from walking routes at a special beautiful part of the Ourthe. There were some shortcomings from the inside. The TV did not work like that, only the microwave part of the oven in the kitchen did it, the net at the table tennis table could not be tensioned, the billiards at the billiards had no pommerans. Beds were good, other furniture moderate to reasonable.

The interior is very dated, but so is the price. Most everything is still in excellent condition. You really imagine yourself 50 years back in time, but that is really slowing down. The view is very nice, the location is excellent.Pair of small negatives:- There are no good (frying) pans- The 2 bicycles are not there- The table tennis table is not there- You can not put the car on a flat parking lot

The arrival was quite dramatic. We were at the house at 16:00 as mentioned (check in between 16:00 and 18:00). However, the one who should receive us was in no way accessible. After waiting for one and a half hours, we started calling Belvilla who found someone to deliver a key after another 2 hours. The house was not clean. Spinnerag in the corners, sand on the floors, dirty washbasins. That about the lesser part. After some cleaning it was pleasant stay in the house, devotions in the ground floor (ping pong, billiards, sauna, etc.) gave the necessary entertainment. Unfortunately, the thermostat knob of the sauna was so that it could only be used at 1 temperature. The surroundings were beautiful, the view from the balcony was gorgeous. The positive points made the negative somewhat good, but such a start of a midweek vacation is not appropriate for a belvilla.

nice environment and nice big house. the cleanliness was less. was not so clean on arrival. interior was fairly outdated and just put blankets over the seat. the mattresses in the bedrooms were not very clean. had a nice holiday here. only the cleanliness pointed us to not going trg anymore. you pay for cleaning when you leave. but then you also expect it to be clean when you arrive of course. In the meantime, we know that the congerge has changed and it should be cleaner.

Arrival was a bit of a shame. Keyholder was not present and after a phone call I was asked to pick up the key myself in another village. The accommodation is very dated and several things are due for renewal / maintenance. Various things piece, lamps that do not, closet door, toilet holder, table tennis table etc., all things that irritate, but in my opinion easy to repair. Fortunately, the environment was great and we certainly had a fantastic week, but price / quality ratio for the house is absolutely insufficient.

The environment and the view from the cottage was fantastic and from the cottage we could do a lot. Therefore I had a great weekend. Fortunately, because the house itself was clearly in need of maintenance! On arrival there was also nobody with us for the key, you would think after all the other reviews that say the same thing that this problem would be solved. After calling a lady on the phone said she did not know when he would be there for the key so it was best to come and collect it from her. After an impossible search, based on a vague description, managed to find her house for the key. The house itself was beautifully situated and had many nice large windows and doors that could be opened. Only the oven that you see in the photo of the kitchen was not there, there was a microwave in place (while there was not even an outlet there). Do not state in the description that there is an oven! Also the sauna did not get warmer than 40 degrees and there was a lot of attention to the house that needed to be maintained once (cupboard doors that did not close, shower that had to be held by hand). If this sort of thing could be updated, the house could easily score 10/10 for me, but unfortunately enough problems to annoy you.

Is that the owner has contacted us late and the deposit - money will solve part, so we will not get back the entire deposit. At home is difficult to park. Instead of a beautiful panorama, we saw dozens of wind - turbines. The toilets are neglected. The door from the basement could not be closed what was a very unpleasant experience. Nearby is no petrol station - station, so we had to go all the way to Amel to refuel. Nearby, one can hardly go shopping and there are uninviting restaurants. Everything is very expensive. 8 Euro for strawberries !! The roads in the forest were false and poorly marked, we could not find the Oerthe, we are lost. La Roche city has been destroyed, is full and stinks. In Huffalise is not a good store, and no cozy restaurant. This means that we will never go Ardennes.

What a wonderful place to be. Much peace and space. Nature so close. We were with our quotpubers & "in this house. Due to the various rooms with table tennis, billiards, etc. a good place. Obviously many nature been mountain biking, canoeing and hiking along the water. The quality of the kitchen leaves something to be desired. The storage space for food is somewhat limited. Furthermore, it is most necessary is present. Do not rely too much on the present microwave oven. It is primarily a microwave.
