It's a great house.

Exterior looks a bit shabby. But inside it is wonderfully spacious with fantastic beds. Spacious bathrooms and 4 toilets are handy with a large group.

Beds made on arrival is also a luxury, nice.

Very nice, spacious house! There was plenty of room inside, but also outside. Glad we had 2 sitting areas in the room. A nice large dining table! Just a pity that there were so many mosquitoes outside. They were all around.

We were with a group of friends of 14 people, we had a lot of fun together. In the area there is a lot to think of what you can do, Valkenswaard is close to Eindhoven so that is also great. We were in the middle of the mosquito season, but the homeowner had already warned us about that. Furthermore, the house was clean, here and there a number of damaged objects, but that was not disturbing. And in the evening sat by a campfire, highly recommended.

A nice big house with plenty of space. It wasn't on a main road, so you always had peace and quiet. You had to go to the reception desk at the campsite next door to collect the keys, which had not been communicated beforehand. The deposit was refunded within a day.

We stayed a weekend in this house with 6 couples (friends). From the outside it looks a bit sheltered, but inside everything looked fine. Very spacious and sufficient rooms. The garden with roof is also ideal for BBQing on an late summer day with a cozy campfire. In short, all the ingredients for a great weekend with friends.

The house is wonderfully quiet in a rural setting. The Malpie is just behind it, but there is no direct (cycle) path, so you have to cycle for about 10 minutes for this nature reserve. Diagonally across the street is the campsite where you can get the key and play in the playground. Shops are quite far away.

On arrival it was not completely clean and various things were broken. Had good contact with the homeowner. he knew nothing about the broken stuff, so he would immediately work on it, but then we were already gone. the homeowner did meet us. We want to say to all guests: report to the owner if something is broken. This way you can avoid disappointments with the next guests. We also had a nice midweek together.

Was a good house for our family midweek. Nice and spacious, enough rooms and a spacious private garden where we could play football and games. Unfortunately, the previous visitors had found it necessary to set the thermostat to max, so it was too warm in the beginning, but there was little the landlord could do about that. There were some things in the house that required maintenance and aroused annoyance. You couldn't stop smelling sewage in one of the bathrooms. That is really a point of attention to remedy. Furthermore, we look back on a good stay in a nice environment. Excellent base for trips to Eindhoven, for example, or a walk in the De Malpie nature reserve.

Spacious house in a quiet location. However, the house stank of sewage air on arrival. The house was not really clean, but just acceptable. The interior of the house is quite worn out. Wobbly chairs and tables, broken lampshade. The photos are therefore very dated and not up to date. Garden is spacious and the patio is nice to sit. The beds are saggy and slats are broken in some. So to be replaced. Overall just a sufficient.

We found the address through GPS. When we arrived on the spot, we called both phone numbers that we had received, but were not answered, neither of them. Then we walked a little further and there was the reception of the campsite. We received the key there. We immediately reported that the dustbin was still full of waste and that there were many cigarette butts in the garden and asked to remove it, as there were small children. The dustbin was emptied, but no butts. All the kitchenware that we used, we first washed because it was not clean. floor torn in different places and other minor defects. If 2 people had showered, there was no more hot water. TV use was very complex. cleaning in general really left something to be desired. very sorry.

Unfortunately, we didn't like the condition of the house. We were shown around by the "key person". The dirty mop was still in the kitchen and we weren't told that the dishwasher was broken. We were only told that when we complained the next morning. And we were given tea towels.
The general condition of the house needs improvement. The upholstery on the dining table is very badly torn, our fingers stuck to the kitchen cupboards, there is major water damage (with mold?) above the dining area, from which plaster trickled onto the furniture, there are cables hanging out of the walls with lamp terminals (supposedly they were just data cables), the wiring of the refrigerator outside looked bizarre. Some sheets looked like they had been forgotten in the dryer for hours (totally wrinkled). A shower room smelled very unpleasant and damp. There was a chair with a broken backrest in the outside area.
It's also a shame that there wasn't a single thermos flask in the house. If you're traveling with 11 people, I think that's standard in a house.
We called the person who manages the key to ask for a discount. He told us that he had contacted Belvilla and gave us free bread rolls and refunded us â‚¬24 because the dishwasher was broken. The general condition of the house and the rental price don't quite match up.
We will definitely not recommend this house.
