The accommodation is in a very convenient location, well connected to the metro and if you want you can reach the Arc de Triomphe with a 15 minute walk, from where there are several metro and RER lines available, Clean and welcoming, as shown in the photos, As mentioned in other reviews, it is on the seventh floor, but if you go knowing what to expect, it is not so bad,, maybe taking a break halfway up the stairs ,) The host responds quickly and is available, The sofa bed is not even that uncomfortable, the only thing I found a little uncomfortable are the pillows, but for a few days' accommodation it is not a problem :)

Everything is perfect! Great, small, cozy apartment to discover Paris, including a sports program, since you have to go up to the 7th floor ;) The host responds super quickly if needed!

I had a wonderful time in this studio! It was perfect for one person or a couple, The neighborhood is peaceful, and there are plenty of cafes and shops within walking distance, Would definitely stay again!

The accommodation is ideal for spending a few days in Paris, It is located in a fairly central area and easily accessible by transport, Upon arrival, the apartment was very clean and corresponded exactly to the photos, The host was available in case there were problems accessing the apartment, Overall, the experience was positive! The only drawback is that the apartment is located on the seventh floor (as indicated in the advert) and is accessed via a very narrow and steep secondary staircase (this is not indicated in the access instructions), This could be a problem if you have luggage, Despite this, I rate my experience positively, with an excellent quality/price ratio,
