Very nice and well-kept house. We were there with several families. Big and very small children. The house was suitable for everyone. Very baby friendly.
Perhaps the only "minus" is the extremely creaking floor. Also has charm... but less with small sleeping children.

Beautiful and complete house, somewhat noisy but that is part of a wooden chalet. Were well received, only a pity was that the previous visitors had made a mess of it and therefore the jacuzzi had to be completely cleaned and we could not use it the first day. Only real downside were the additional costs of 75 euros for bed linen. Before the reservation, we had extensive contact with a Belvilla employee about the total costs and he assured us, after she had sorted it out, that the price was all-in and there would be no additional costs. Unfortunately 75 euros in extra costs.

Cozy house! Whirlpool no longer available but that was made up for financially. We were there with 4 but think that if you are there with a group that it is a "loud" house :) Lots of home supplies available, nice garden, pool table and infrared sauna ok .. special shower we did not get to talk ..

Received clear, clarifying e-mail from the owners before departure, well received on arrival by host (limited Dutch but did his best) Chalet is equipped with every luxury and all necessities are available (fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Pool table, football table and other games fill the evenings.The chalet needs some minor repairs here and there and has a creaky floor which in the evening or at night can be annoying.Alles in all a nice chalet.

In future at the address we were received by a gentleman. Unfortunately he couldn't speak Dutch. On arrival at the house it was not warm. The heating was turned off completely and still had to be turned on: unfortunately because we had let us know 30 minutes in advance that we were almost there. The sauna was a real plus. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi and massage jets were not connected and we could not use them. We regretted this. A real jacuzzi would be a plus. Maintenance could be better.

Very nice chalet, large living room, modern bathrooms, various games. On the other hand two negative points: the garden, the rear part is impassable and the front part was under construction from where a trench, mounds of earth, not very cheerful for the small child have so that the view! Then usually the sheets are either offered by the owner or the tenant can come with his own. But be COMPULSORY to pay for bed linen. No !! And we must not take the excuse of hygiene with covid

There was definitely enough space. But the accommodation was extremely outdated. The kitchen cabinets were crooked and had been repaired amateurishly (with tape). One of the ovens was not safe. The floor creaked a lot (if you had to go to the toilet at night, everyone woke up because of the creaking floor). Definitely not recommended for that price (I would even call it theft).

The arrival was very good. We were able to get the key from a locker ourselves and were allowed to arrive earlier. The accommodation looks nice and everything was well requested. Also received a welcome pack that already contained toilet paper and other supplies. It is in a wooded area and you have a nice balcony. There are also plenty of activities that you can do in the area. The only downside I found was the noise of the house. You notice that especially in the evening when people go to bed at different times.

Instead of a two-hour and fifteen-minute drive, it was four and a half hours due to various problems on the road. The accommodation was large, clean and tidy. The area is beautiful and lots to do.

Beautiful setting, beautiful chalet. Unfortunately we had no hot water in the shower. Very annoying with 13 people 5 days without taking a shower. the dishwasher was clogged on arrival and the coffee maker was not working.

This chalet is definitely recommended. All accommodation is available for young and old. We would like to come back in the spring / summer. The weekend we were here, we had a lot of rain. We were more lucky when we went to the Christmas market in Durbuy. Then it was dry. This environment is very appealing to us. Friends of ours, have a chalet in Erezee.Dus for repetition vatvat.Fam.
