Wonderful experience in the apartment located in the heart of the Rosiers district, which we absolutely loved, The building is impeccable, you feel like you are in a hotel! The apartment is spacious, bright and very well equipped (very useful when traveling with a child!), It is above all very clean and nicely decorated, Lots of good restaurants and cafes nearby on foot, Thank you for the ideal stay,

The flat is quite lovely, well-lit and spotless, It's about a 15-minute walk to the metro, and a half-hour metro ride to downtown, After opening the key box, be sure to use the lift on the RIGHT as there are two of them, We were informed by customer service that the building is symmetrical, indicating that there are two flats with the same flat numbers, So, it's crucial to use the lift on the RIGHT, which leads to the correct flat, Unlocking the flat door can be a little challenging at first, but you'll eventually get the hang of it! We'd be delighted to stay there again, thanks for hosting us!

The apartment is newly built and of extremely high standard, far beyond your typical rental property, Everything you could possibly need is provided in this well-structured, spacious and contemporary apartment, Even though it's not situated right in the hip parts of Paris, you can find Metro stations or bus/tram stops within a 5-15 minute walk in various directions, James and Jeremy proved to be very reactive hosts when we required some assistance, The procedure to access the apartment is straightforward and well explained with photographs - the apartment block is secure with multiple levels of security access, A phenomenal place to stay at an outstanding value!

Very nice apartment in a beautiful condominium with everything you need. It is located on a street of nice condominiums, but the surrounding streets are ugly and not very recommendable. However, there is a bus stop 85 very close that goes to the city center.
