The apartment is simply wonderful, the view is absolutely amazing, the pool is beautiful, the possibilities are endless! The apartment is well equipped, and the elevator is also very practical for transporting luggage! The hosts are very nice, friendly, courteous but also discreet, very pleasant!

What a beautiful and wonderful stay this was! We (couple) were staying here for a week to work remotely (we're from the Netherlands) and relax. The house and the view are just amazing, it went beyond all our expectations. We had everything we needed to properly work in the house or outside in the private garden. When not working we would take a swim in the beautiful pool or went down into te village. Just nothing bad to say about this place, it was so perfect. The owners (Stefano and his wife) were also amazing and so nice. Helpful, genuinely interested and always in for a talk. We also got some fresh tomatoes and basil from their garden. Thank you !! Would recommend this place to anyone!

Very nice and well-kept accommodation and great landlord. We had a wonderful week with Stefano and his family. Children are welcome. The steep driveway to the house is a bit difficult to find, but once mastered, it was no longer a problem. The property boasts a unique panorama and a beautiful pool. As it was quite fresh in our week, we used it only sporadically. We like to come here again.

The view is priceless! The whole apartment is aligned with its large glass fronts on the lake and no matter whether one is inside or outside, the view is breathtaking. The hosts are incredibly nice and pleasant, always thought of the well-being of their guests and never intrusive. The whole property reflects their warmth!

Friendly welcome. View from terrace was fantastic. Both in good and bad weather due to the light and the clouds. Village was within walking distance, was also necessary because you do not quickly grab the car if it is not necessary, the parking is at the bottom of a steep slope. Village was also cozy and a visit at the local palace is worth it because of the beautiful pictures you can take there. Location of the house is very nice, the views of the pictures are reality. The disadvantage is that the nursery has no windows, only a door. The seating area is small for 5 people. We have been in the May holidays but we can imagine that it can get very hot there in the summer.

A nice house with a great view! It is very clean and completely furnished. There is a nice swimming pool with enough beds for all tenants (3 apartments 1x 5 pers. And 2x 3 pers.). The landlords are very nice people. They were very helpful when we arrived and we doubted whether we would drive up the steep driveway. In the end, this was not so bad. There is plenty to do in the neighborhood. For this you do need the car. We had a wonderful week!

The apartment for five people, which we lived for two, was indeed, as it has its own garden, breathtaking! This quiet, this view of the lake, this pool! The own super nice, everything so clean and well maintained. Only if you have problems with stairs should take away from it, because every time to the car it goes 87 steps up or down. With everything you have to wear. For us the apartment made up for everything.

Very nice house with fantastic views over Lake Como. Owner is friendly and helpful. Cottage is fully equipped. Why is the house against a mountainside, so you should consider stairs to and from the cottage.

Very nice apartment with a seating area, pool and a great view. The kitchen/apartment had everything we needed. We were given a very friendly welcome and introduction by the host. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great. But the apartment is so well located that we were still able to go on hikes, bike rides, boat trips and walks. The entrance to the parking lot is a bit tricky the first time, but you quickly get used to it. We would love to come back.

Small-scale apartment complex which is run by friendly Italian people. Nice pool with plenty of loungers. Our apartment on the ground floor had a private garden including lobbering, dining table and extra garden chairs, perfect! The apartment was also fully equipped with a spacious kitchen including sufficient items and a dishwasher. Bathroom somewhat dated but adequate. Location about 10min walk (via steep path) to Gravedona, where you have a few nice restaurants. Good base for trips to, for example, bellagio and varenna.Enige point of attention is that it could have been a bit cleaner, but was not disturbing.

The view is very beautiful and you enjoy the life that happens on the lake. Boats arriving and departing. The house is modern, very clean and complete. Not necessarily very atmospheric. Lovely swimming pool with shower. Parking worked fine, but Italian steep! Owners live above the apartment, but the terrace at the apartment feels private.

Lovely house with lovely owners. I was there for the second time and again enjoyed it. The house has been refurbished and the pool is very welcome. Gravedona is a nice place, nice locally and with a steep climb to walk well. From there You can go anywhere by ferry. The supermarket is close by and the house is well equipped with everything you need. The terrace is south facing and can become very hot during the day. The parking was no problem for us, fine to do. There is a golf course nearby and you can make nice other trips. We had a dog with us who has to walk and run a lot. This is difficult, the dog has to be on the line almost everywhere and the house has little place to let them out.

Nice and well maintained apartment including private garden. The view is a dream both in the morning and in the evening. The pool and gardens are lovingly maintained by the landlords. On arrival we were received very warmly. From the house you are in about 10 minutes walk in the village Gravedona. From the parking lot there are nearly 100 steps to the apartment but worth the effort every time. Access to the car park is via a steep ramp.

We look back on a wonderful holiday, in a nice apartment with a beautiful view. We were kindly received. This apartment is definitely recommended! Except for people who have difficulty walking. You have to step down from the parking lot 81 to your apartment.
