The first impression was somewhat disappointing. We arrived about an hour before closing time, yet they were already closing everything down. Then, the apartment did not match what we had seen in the photos. After pleasant contact with the SOS helpline, it turned out that we had not read everything correctly. Nevertheless, the sleeping arrangements were very cramped. One person has to sleep under a ceiling of a maximum of 90 cm, which is suffocating and impractical. The bathroom was also very cramped, with literally about 50 square cm available for standing showers, and again the ceiling was very low. The stairs from the mezzanine down were steep and very narrow, with the low ceiling again being the cause of the risky stairs. The kitchen is spacious enough with sufficient facilities except for an extractor hood. There is fast WIFI. The apartment should be left clean. Our apartment was minimally cleaned, which is not surprising since the vacuum cleaner also did not work. A brief cleaning session by us yielded good results. The caked extractor outlets, the thick layer of dust on the skylight, and about a 2 cm thick layer of dust on the supporting beams were not cleaned by us but are very unpleasant for people with a dust allergy. The linen package consists of 2 bath towels and 2 small towels, no kitchen linen. We stayed with 2 people, and then the apartment is spacious enough. It is suitable for 6 people, which seemed very cramped to us. The area around the apartment is very pleasant. Within walking distance of 2 smaller intimate villages with good dining options and about 300 meters from a lovely bakery. The pool looked neat and pleasant, but for us, the outdoor temperature was not high enough to use it. The apartments are literally 100 meters from the beach. In the area, you can walk and bike beautifully along the coast. In short, a beautiful area that makes up for the disappointing apartment. We received good help/support from the SOS helpline.
